I always have trouble with the .rar files. Can someone please explain to me what I should do saving wise or opening wise when prompted? I try to save it then open with 7-zip but it always gives me trouble and won't transfer the files to my mods folder. Any help would be appreciated.

i know this has been asked a million times, but everywhere i look i can't figure it out. i bought and downloaded emergency 3 this week from Amazon. when i try to fix the modinstaller nothing seems to work. i have manually typed in the information and tried the registry fix patch and nothing is working. what exactly do i need to do to download the mod. step by step would be awesome. sorry for another post about this, but it's driving me crazy
