    When there is a collapse, SAR Team rescues life (you know there are firefighters) But they use tec vehicles like cranes, rescue helis, mobile generators, mobile projectors, bridge layers (but usually they're used in military ops to acrossing the rivers etc.).I am not sure but is it your answer brothers ?
