    if you can read, you will see that there is said, Project Emergency 3 LA mod 2.5 for EM4. BTW I add the "For Emergency 4" to the submods name, so now you won't be confused!!!

    hmmm i don't see that before... The personal have the very poor quality too, and the ladder looks very weird!!! But the wheels of vehicles looks normal. This thing is only with LA mod?

    They are works on Windows 7 [i have them and they works!], but I don't know if on Release Candidate version yep, the pictures can help with his problem! if he have poor computer, the game will get stuck in the other mods like Winterberg... try to reinstall LA mod, if this doesn't help try to download other mods like Winterberg, if there won't work try to reinstlal game. If this doesn't help post your graphic card etc...

    this is mod for EM4, but I named It Project Emergency 3 because there are some vehicles and scripts from EM3 LA 2.5

    yeah, the helicopters are very cool addon for LA mod!!! That old default Emergency 4 model was stupid

    you just need two programs - one graphic for reskins & dds converter for converts the dds to png
