  2. Oh and the CheckVictim command works fine for LAPD Officers, but seems it is disabled for the negotiator, fbi, and fbi w/ tac vest. The command icon is there, but its greyed out and has the circle with a line through it on the icon.
  3. http://www.nvidia.com/Download/index5.aspx?lang=en-us Go to product settings and choose Geforce 6. Download the driver and install it. Your using a very old driver. Oh and in the future start your own thread, dont hijack others. Your more likley to get help starting your own thread.

  6. Nearly a year with no updates, what do you think? Maybe one day there will be a breath of life in the mod, but for now, it should be obvious. Why on earth do people bump such old threads?
  7. If you state what you want moved, and where, maybe myself or some one can do it for you. To do it requires knowledge of C++ programing language, and altering the scripts that the mod uses to tell the game where to spawn which vehicle, and what staff to spawn it with,etc.
  8. Why does it matter anyways? I really cant see whyd you care unless you are going to post a bunch of worthless replies to bump your post count for another ran, and honestley, no one cares about the "rank" anyways. Im with Shady, Id like that, AND post count removed.
  9. Looking good, but I thought this mod was an april fools day prank, or was the prank just the whole, model a day,release in 2 weeks, the joke? Im guessing the second eh?

  11. Logfiles and dxdiag logs would most likley point us to the source of the problem, but in most cases, I find it is related to outdate video card drivers. This may or may not be the case.

Wierder things have happened my friend, but I noticed this with the tower truck(using CFDs lights I think), unmarked police car(using CFDs alteration of yours), and perhaps a few others as well, so with those 2 examples I am pretty sure it has nothing to do with your alterations, although I did notice your BC was lacking the redirect command. Oh well, good luck with everything, and I hope you can get some freetime to work on this soon

I added a call towerlightforce, the thing is even if I try to load the editor, go to remove the command, as soon as i load fir personnel the editor crashes, and considering this is the second time in two days, and the first time did not have anything to do with a script, I dont think its related to the script. Heres the section I added: EDIT:Oddly, maybe it was the script because I replaced the BC with a prototype that did not have the command, and now I can load the personnel again.
  14. Only the version of the LA Mod I was working on previous to the crashes. Other mods are fine.
  15. Alright, yesterday, I was doing some light work. Went to copy and paste some lights from one unit to another. This has never caused problems before. Get done editing(The BC SUV) go to load my mod and boom, crash to desktop. Check the log file, and see an error something along these lines: Loading personnel mod:Units/Vehicles/Fire Department/010battalionchief/... !WARNING: global listener object is still registered! Unregister listener before destroying object! So I decided to do a completely fresh install of the LA Mod today, then applied patch 2, then applies AUS, then copied over my prototype,specs,units,and models folder. Fire up the editor, go to town readding all the VOs and such. and everything all good. Edited the BC script file to add a command in there. Go in editor, and add command to the BC(The guy,not the truck), exit, go to load the mod, and boom, crash to desktop AGAIN. Log File error this time is almost exactly the same: Loading personnel mod:Units/Personnel/Fire Department/010battalionchief/... !WARNING: global listener object is still registered!   17. I was only as rude as I perceived you being. As for being worried about it, your replied. Why reply if you dont worry about it? There was no fighting, atleast none intended, and technically it was still on topic. No offense. I was mearley point something out the mod authors and get stupid replies.
  18. It doesnt take rocket science to figure out which of the two makes good models, and who doesnt. If your so worried about the name, look it up.
  19. PRL should have no affect on the helicopters showing up or not.

  21. Didnt update to the new map. However, the paths were bad in the previous patch as reported by others, so i fixed those paths when the previous patch was released and its worked fine till now. Also, nothing major, but the MCU can be sent to HQ with the light mast still in the air.
  22. Since I applied the latest patch, I seem to have problem with the redirect command. In most cases it will only redirect one vehicle and then all further vehicles move up but fail to redirect. I thought It was a prototype problem, but they werent changed after the patch. The patch was the only new thing introduced.
