How do you manage to make such great models with less then 3,000 polygons?

One, dont hijack, start your own thread. Two, run a dxdiag and look at the info generated. It should tell you the date of the driver. If there not from 2010, then update them.

Heres an idea, first dont pm me about this stupid crap, second, keep it in one thread, and 3 be patient and wait for an answer. If you didnt bother me I would have posted the links to the driver you need.

So the only problem left is to get the FFs to spawn at FS2 for those rigs? Well Theres 2 ways to do this. You can add a spawn point right infront of the door near the USFS trucks, or you can use the spawn point already used at FS2. Using the existing spawn point will be much easier, but the problem is, this means the FFs have to run through the station, and may sometimes run through the front garages doors to get to there rigs. To test it out just expand the VO named fs_squad02(I believe, it will be a vo named quad and it will cover the entire main part of the FS) to fit those trucks in it to. Doesnt have to be pretty, or nice or even, just need to fit the the VOs for the USFS in the Squad VO. You might need to get the turn to VOs inside the squad VO as well. Now for the slightly trickier part, which would be if you need a new spawn point. It's not incredibly hard. You will need to create 2 new VOs. I suggest putting a spawn point right outside the back door, and making it about the width of the back door. Then drag it out just a little to form a rectangle. It doesnt need to be to big. Name it fs_spawn04(well name it what you like but we have fs_spawn01,fs_spawn02,and fs_spawn03, so I like to keep it simple and keep the pattern going). Now create a VO that encloses the 4Vos used for the USFS trucks and your spawn point. We already have fs_squad01 and fs_squad02 so I like to name mine fs_squad03, but double check that to make sure I didnt forget a squad vo. If I did pick up where it leaves off. Now I just woek up, so I cant be asked to script this out right now, but just post back here and let me know when you get that doen and I will try to get you started on scripting in the new spawn and squad vo. If you like you can try to look and see how Hoppah did it and see if you can accomplish it yourself, but keep me posted. -

Sorry to bust your bubble, but no you dont. You have a low end AMD Cpu. Its a dual core cpu and AMD just pushed out a 6 Core cpu not long ago and Intel has a 6 core/12 thread cpu out. From the looks of it you have an oboard gpu(its built in to the mobo). These are crap, and so are nvidia chipsets. A driver update might help you out: Driver Date/Size: 7/6/2007 21:15:00, 4788224 bytes Your running nearly 3 year old drivers. This might get you some better performance but your best bet would be picking up one of these cards if you have a PCI-E 2.0 x16 slot available. You may not have a PCI-E 2.0 x16 slot on your mobo. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814102874 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814161319 These are probably the best gpu you could upgrade to and you should notice a huge difference. I personally run EM4 on high settings with barley any lag, and the only time I notice lag is if I have ALOT of units in one area which is rare.

I dont think Hoppah wants to be pmed about it, you can ask here: You should use jpg and another host. Theres really no need for the high quality png delivers and and makes for slower loading time. I dunno if its because its png or that host, but the pics are taking ages to load.

Thats a great idea, lets hope they do this. It wouldnt surprise me with the level of detail they put in to the mod.

I agree to some extent, but I mean what about the people who get 5 years or something? What should we do with them? However, I never understood why people sentenced to the death penalty spend like 10 years in jails. Recently there was tons of media coverage on a killer named Eric Wrinkles. My girlfriend was watching Oprah the other day and Oprah had living relatives of Eric's on the show to talk to Eric before he was executed. Anyways to get to my point, Eric was found guilty on 2 counts of murder. There may have been more, I dont recall. The murders were committed some time during the 90's. So why throw him in a prison cell for the last 5,10 or 15 years making us buy him 3 meals a day, and all the other expenses, rather then execute him in a week or two after being found guilty?

Well theres been atleast one similar topic around here before. I forget the exact contents but at the end of the day, I think it would be best to walk or drive to the nearest station and ask the guys your questions, and seeing as you have a medical condition that could be a problem, it may not hurt to speak to the CO there and get some feedback from him as well. He may be a bit more familiar with the restrictions concerning your condition. I was talking to a real cool FF from one of the county departments here and he asked if I was interested. Well I have to many medical problems holding me back from doing the physical requirements, back problems, knee problems, neck problems, prevent me from meeting the strenuous physical requirements. He said it was possible that I could still help out. More or less by providing basic medical attention at the scene of a fire, and doing other tasks like helping with getting water for FFs and stuff like that. In your case this might be possible with City fire, but here this applies to county fire only.

You have to create the prototypes in the editor, and link them to the v3o files. So you would make a prototype for the actual car and name it, for example) NYPD PAtrol Car. Then point the prototype to the Crown.v3o. Then make a prototype for the door and point it to door1.v3o. Then you would need to add lights and commands and traits and everything else.

Yes you can post scripts here. Your VOs to look correct, although the main VO is far far longer then it needs to be. That thing is long enough for the tower ladder or heavy rescue crane. I ditn think it will hurt, but just saying.. -
Try updating your video card drivers. There fairly old.

Well I have no clue what your talking about in regards to an email update, but Hoppah hasnt released a patch for about a week or two. That was Patch 2 for the LA Mod.

As much as I love Fusions, I promise you I have driven both the new Taurus thats headed to production as the new interceptor, and a Fusion. There is absolutely no comparing the two. The Taurus I drove was just a v6 model, and that thing could fly, was sooooo smooth, and so nice and comfortable. I want one so bad but there just to expensive compared to the old Taurus but after driving one, I can see why. Plus you have paddle shifters which I dont think is an option on the focus, nor is a v8 package, atleast not as powerful as the V8 package for the Tauraus.

Ok look for OBJ_USAR and a few lines under that you will see dummy cal crew, or something like this. These lines refer to the staff. The FFs are numbered by there type: So in case of the USAR you would see something like dummy cal crew 6. If you want a Medic with case, change the 6 to a 1. -
Nah it was under liquids in the edit menu. Already fixed it and posted a patch with the fix

No. Hoppah has never released patches integrated in to the actual mod. All the patches have been released as separate downloads for atleast 2 years.
