I will let you know ASAP. As for the map, I think it is running pretty smooth atm. I was able to add a whole new path to utilize a less used road, and hey, whats LA with out Limos? The limos path,which has other vehicles spawn on this path to, will not hang up on objects when turning regardless of which way it is headed on the path(in case of being redirected), and I love the Peterbuilt/semi models in LA Mod 1.9/20 behind wal-mart so much, you can now find semis (with out a trailer of course)cruising on the freeway. After all whats a high way with out semis?! -
The scripts not here. But dont need it. The problem is sort of self explanatory in a way, all be it vague to. The section of the script that says PROTO_LAPD,PROTO_LASD,PROTOT_CHP,etc is to long. I dont know exactly what the limit is, and not sure if its C++ related or related to the games engine(im going to guess its the engine). I had the same problem on my end. Basically you have to many units using the same siren. To fix this split it up. Say you have 12 units using sirens 1 and 2. Split that up so you have 2 sets of code of 6 units using those sirens rather then 12. If your lost I will explain it better tomorrow.

Thanks, and good timing Tian. Had another question. Now I have 2 models listed, the base model and the lightbar, but when i export the lightbar is not included in the v3o. How can I combine them in to one single model?

Of course, there not just throwing in random models here. There all authentic. Granted theres always the possibility one or more companies are in reserve rigs atm but other then that the models are authentic. And just fyi, they said all the models are done.

"2.2" as you call it is only a patch. You have to download and install the actual mod.

In zmodeler I have a model of a vehicle and a model of a lightbar. Problem is, the lightbar needs to be moved higher up to sit on the roof of the model. Is there any way to move the lightbar higher other then adjusting the axis in the model itself? Perhaps it would be better to add it as a child?

What you gona do?! (just kidding, dont ban me!) On a serious note, doubt I will get an answer, but will there be other fire companies represented in the mod? I admit I am ignorant on the number but I would guess that like LAFD they have over 100 stations. Now I dont suspect to see 100 stations and there apertures in the mod, but are there more companies included in the mod then the companies listed on the first page?

Again, stop spreading crap. If they were at 90% in the old topic, it would likley be released now. The only time I have ever heard them give percentage was when they said the models were 100% done.

So in other words another year down the road. Atleast for a good mod built from the ground up it will take about that long.

Well your brought the tiller in to this lol. No one mentioned the tiller before you did. STFD is correct. -
No its not. LA uses Ford E-450(Econoline/Van chassis) where as this is a Ford F-450(truck chassis).

That sounds much better. I love deer hunting, for example, but the games from Cabela's are to realistic. You might get in a tree stand or be sitting some where for like 10 minuets before a deer shows up. I dont mind sitting in a tree stand in freezing weather waiting for a deer, but when I am relaxing at home playing the game I dont want to be sitting here for 30 minuets waiting for a damn deer to cross my path.

These things annoy me but there inherited from the LA Mod itself. Its possible to add physics to the tiller trailer but EM4 engine is to stupid to know to turn wide, so the trailer can clip something like a street or traffic light pole, and then it gets tossed some where completely else in the map. As for the window, again inherited from the LA Mod. I was planning to look in to this issue because I am almost sure it can be fixed, but it is a matter of finding some one who can fix the script. I have a possible work around in mind with out actually changing the script, but I have no idea how good or bad it would look. The FF just standing on the tiller, i can deal with, but if my work around had a FF hanging out past the edge, for example standing on air, then I would scrap it. Seeing as there is atleast once incident that does require the tower ladder on this map, I really hope I can get the tiller fixed. Sorry hope I didnt bore anyone with that but just thought I would throw that out there. The tower, eh maybe, but the tiller/quint idea is almost a definite no. LA City has no quint tillers. LACoFD does but I believe all there quint/tillers are American La France, atleast that I have seen, so it might need a whole new cab model, and I am already throwing in a few new models in here, as well as updating some models, and throwing in a few reskins. Normally I do not approve of reskins but in this case, I think they add some variety. -

Well your still going to hate it. I have not removed the tiller as it is the realistic ladder of the mod. The tower ladder, the one with the basket, is the one which will still be able to be dispatched, but not spawn in FS2.
