Why not just link to the image? but anyways, again, the mod is not about new models, just reskins of existing models from the LA Mod or other mods.

Open the original non edited scripts for all 2 lafirestation scripts in Notepad2(google it). Hit CTRL+H. Find: OBJ_HAZMAT Replace: OBJ_LADDER Now make sure at the top of the 3 scripts, you only have one OBJ_LADDER. If you have two remove the one that lists the hazmat.e4p after it. If you only have 1, make sure it says aerial_ladder.e4p at the end. To lazy to do the battalionchief.

Your missing the point. By starting another topic people don't realize the issues been resolved, and the problem and solution would have been in the same topic to keep things organized. It also wastes less space. Not like the server doesn't have space to spare but still.

Its more like a plow then a push bumper But yeah I wasnt sure if it was just the angle or not. Aside from that it looks good though.

Its a tutorial to educate you on how to play the mod...i would think not.. Would it be possible to see screen shots of how we will dispatch units? Will it tell us what equipment is on what vehicle? I hate the winterburg mod for this reason, aside from stability, because I never know which unit to send. Being US units here, I am sure some one from the US like me can figure things out a bit easier then in winterburg where I have no idea which fire trucks are which for the most part.

It looked like one, and I could use a freight liner cab for something. I will PM you about it. Nothing wrong with it, lol dont worry. And on a side note, I didnt have the patience to sit through a video that a few screen shots could have shown me.

Did you try to install it as an Administrator? I dont mean an Admin account, I mean right click, Run As Administrator. This is something you should always do when installing anything on Win7.

Major Graphical Problem/Resolution Problem
Xplorer4x4 replied to WelshManDan's topic in Technical Related Support
Why? It hanst violated any rules, and it could potentially be useful to some one in the future. That aside, yeah...get a video card, not an on bard GPU. These suck period. Even something like an ATI 5650 which is a cheap investment, and probably replaced by a 6000 series card I am not aware of, is a great investment compared to the junk chips Intel pushes out.. -
Emergency 2012 How to unlock XML files
Xplorer4x4 replied to Newfoundking's topic in Technical Related Support
Just guessing here, but these events were handled by XMLs in EM4, so I am guessing, yes you can change those types of things. -
If people don;t have eyes...then how are they reading? Have they invented braille monitors and I havent heard about it?
-
Its not possible in the LA Mod with out modification, and so far no one has managed to do this, or atleast release it to the public.
-
The old files are copyrighted as there from the "24" soundtrack. However if you purchase the album, you could integrate them back in to the mod legally so long as you don't release them. In which case, I could then post the XML file needed to make them play in game.
-
Start your own thread rather then hijacking some one else's, and try posting the XML file. We cant read your mind and know what was changed.
-
I guess reading the first few lines of the first post in the patch thread was to much to ask?
-
Why did you start another topic for this?
-
He is? Last time I checked there hadnt been an update to the Emergency! mod in over a year...maybe longer. I think he released it at one point but people were being whiny brats so he removed the download not long after he released it.
-
Fix the first all you want...it's pointless. I tried offering a solution. Will it work? I dont know. Try it and see. What's the point in posting more possible solutions if you don't even try them when there presented? For all you know the solution I presented may work.

My guess is that the Fire Dept initially used the First Aid Squad as a fast response vehicle. My guess is Fire was originally dispatched to provide First Responder level care which is maybe a step up above basic first aid. They were pretty much there to get vitals, bandage patients, immobilize the patient if need be, and basic things like this. Not to mention lift assistance. They may have chosen an "ambulance" for the fact they are specifically designed with medical response in mind. By using an "ambulance" for First Aid, it frees up space on the engines for more fire fighting based equipment and it minimizes the wear and tear on the trucks. From the sounds of it, the city may have decided to stop using a private ambulance service, see AMR, and have EMS done in house. They may have found it would be cheaper and more efficient to do this then pay, for example, AMR to provide EMS for the city. I imagine alot of this you already knew anyways but just stating it just in case, and for others who might not.

Depends what you need it for? One thing is for sure, your not paying for the hardware. Your paying for durability. As for the GD vs the Panasonic, pretty sure the Panasonic is designed to take more every day type of abuse. You know little drops here and there, the occasional coffee spill maybe. The GD is designed for military use so it is designed to take major abuse like being bounced around in every direction, hitting big pot holes and stuff like that. Keep in mind the hardware is almost obsolete now. There using Core2Duo CPUs. This is more then enough for thing along the line of what Ricky mentioned with being used for AMR where there more or less just sending and receiving text. The onboard GPU units are not for gaming or displaying HD Video, but for displaying lots of text and simple GUIs then the GPUs are more then capable.

Whats going to be even funnier is when the cops pissed off and gets out of the car and gives you a ticket. I am sure he can find a reason if he really wants to.
-
I'd say similar is a better word then like. FD3 is fun. Like Tac said, it's all Fire, well Fire and EMS to an extent, but the FF aspect is more in depth then EM4 as you have to ventilate windows and chop down doors to prevent backdrafts.

Nope not p0rn, thats all stashed within just 1 of my 1 TB HDDs. Smart Defrag? I like this utility as well because, although on newerer PCs its not really needed, you can set it to auto defrag when the PC has been idle for X amount of time. My 750 GB Seagate thats about 2 years old died on me, well almost died on me, so had to replace that one. Got another WD 2 TB Caviar Green HDD. It was DOA though. Once the RMA comes in, I will be boosting my storage capacity to 6 GB! 720p HD Rips FTW!

Update on this, the former trustee of Knight Township was sentenced earlier this week in regards to the $70,000+ she stole from tax payers money..the bitch was sentenced to 3 years in prison. She has already granted something like 270-280 or so days served seeing as she has been in jail since being indited. Now keep in mind, in the State of Indiana, every day served with good behavior is actually counted as 2 days. So assuming jail time counts in this regard, I estimate she has less then a year to serve in prison assuming she can remain on good behavior. It's a wonder prison can accommodate her in the first place. This woman, not that she deserves to be called that imo, is so fat, she literally has to take up two chairs. I am not kidding. I used to work security for a friend of mine who put on a Professional wrestling show in town. She literally had to take up two seats. That's not a fat joke, it's the truth. The department is slowly but surely fading. At Midnight Jan 1 2011, Knight Township Volunteer Fire Department officially went out of service. This past weekend, what was left of there trucks and equipment, was officially auctioned off putting yet another chapter in the end of Knight Township Volunteer Fire Department. If any one likes to ponder the idea of conspiracy theories, for better or for worse, this comes at a time the Governor is talking about abandoning the idea of township government completely in the State of Indiana, and the mayor has built a new arena downtown rather then fixing the aging sewer system of the city that is known to flood streets, and even peoples homes at times, during heavy rain. Excuse my ranting, if you will, but welcome the Fed up city of Evansville,IN.
