The regular size font works just fine ya know... This comes up on a weekly basis. At the top of the forum theres a search button that should direct you to numerous threads with the exact same issue. Personally the first thing I always suggest, but isnt always the fix, is update the drivers for your video card.

I had some idiot woman pass me in traffic the other day. Heres the stupid part, we were like 20 feet from the turn lane she needed to get into. I am on my way to work so I am rushing as it is and she passes me, no she blatantly just cuts me off, when she has already missed her turn lane!

Actually you shouldnt have to do any C++ or XML. You have to import the floor map in the editor, place buildings, and then use the editor to create triggers,spawn points and other stuff I cant recall off hand.

Yeah on the 4th and for a few days after they usually cut deals to get rid of as much stock as possible so they dont have to store as little as possible for the next year.

It depends. Some of the super detailed ones will not convert easily, and if they do convert, they may not work in the game depending on the polygon count.

Seriously there not that hard. Take for example the first edit. You should be in your LA Mod folder to begin with: Now open the specs folder, and find the file Freeplaybase.xml. Alternatively, you can use the windows search feature to search for just the file names.

To my knowledge there is nothing to youtube about. It's the same map with a few small alterations like more stop lights, a wall around a fire station moved some, and other small things. We didnt add tons of new roads, and there arent any new road to my knowledge.

If that only ran you $70 you have no right to complain. That would have run you alot more here. I get a hell of a discount though so I grabbed some stuff. My girlfriends ex-step dad is also a great great friend of my dads before I was born, and he owns his own fireworks shop so he gives us a bunch of stuff free. For example; I got 2 packs of bottle rockets(buy 1 get 1 free), a $40 pack of mortar shells, a pack of some heavy duty Roman Candles(~$12),2 fountains that were probably $12 a piece at the least,some spinney things, a pack of smoke bombs,2 packs of buy one get 1 free of some other heavy duty roman candles, and I think thats about it. It costs me $38 for something like 100$ worth. Anyways tonight was awesome. We went to this huge bowl shaped hill behind one of the high schools and it over looks the river so you can see the fireworks perfectly from there. Well to top that off, some guys who own a firework shop bring 3 huge sheets of plywood with atleast 32 fireworks on each piece of wood, plus some shells, and big fancy rockets, and a few packs of the 1000 shot Saturn missiles. They put on a huge show before the river, and honestly they blew away the show from the barge on the river.

So can any one comment on weather or not Veta 2 worked 100% or not so I can see about moving this out of beta stages?

This mod is always a constant pain when I try to play it.

I have this problem in missions, well sort of. Pretty much just the auto siren doesnt work quite right as it doesnt shut off when the vehicle stops, but if i hit the manual siren button to turn it off and turn it right back on it works just fine.

Personally i like the Christmas tree look.

Just checking here, but i see the buildings and the control panels on them, but when i click them there just a box, no controls, so I havent really been able to figure out how to dispatch vehicles other then using the group buttons. Are the controls supposed to have commands on them?

^lol that reminds me of a good one on my self. lol Well in high school, my buddies and I would get a cooler full of water balloons to throw after school. We did it two or three times no problem. Till the last time we got busted by the school cop. Well he didnt do much, just a traffic stop and we were on our way with a warning. Well we cruise away from the school and we see 2 guys from a near by rival school walking. My buddy asks if he can throw a 20oz sprite bottle at them. Not taking him serious I said sure..so he shook it up, loosens the cap and throws it at them, and of course we keep on our way. So you know what they say, three strikes, and your out. Well we got a third strike alright lol. Were not far from the other 2 incidents and close to one of the college campuses. So we see this college chick in a white shirt and short shorts jogging with her ipod(the little bity ones). We pull up, I slow down(I was driving my Explorer the whole time) and one of my friends nails her on the ass with a water balloon, and another friend barley missed her. So we drive around for a few and then stop at the local station which was a full service station so we always knew people working. The chick comes in, asks a friend of mine at the register for a pen and paper. He gives it to her not knowing what was up. She takes down my plate number, and says her dad is the Sheriff. I mean THE Sheriff, not just a deputy, literally THE Sheriff. We all laugh in her face thinking shes so full of it. Come to find out a few days later, after the two school cops get us 2 days of in school suspension for the balloons, and the sprite bottle, a Sargent with the local Sheriff department showed up at my parents house one evening(obviously being in HS I lived at home), and talked to my parents. Needles to say I was in some trouble for a few days.
