Zmod 1 works(havent tried zmod 2 but if zmod 1 works surely zmod 2 does). Photoshop 7 and Photoshop CS1-4 work. Gimp and Paint.net still work. So Im completely baffled on how it can be harder.

He was a bit late, i mean I understand he may not have been able to completely jump out of the way but seems like he would have reacted a bit sooner.

I dont for see 1.9 having new sirens unless LA has recently done a major over haul on what sirens they use, and I doubt they have.

I agree it was a bad time. I thought it would be the semi hit the officer the way he shot out in front of it. However I do believe the driver of the car had enough time to react in some way even if it was laying on the horn. Not to mention the officer reacted kind of late. I hate nothing more then when some one does something stupid while driving and if you honk or yell at them they get mad like they didnt do anything. Good to hear the officer survived. I expected otherwise.

Thats the problem, people these days just dont take the time to read. So much has been deemed impossible,and come to life. While I personally like that style of vehicle for the engineer, the boom serves no real function as it is in the game. The only thing I could see the boom coming into play for was for defective traffic lights, but that would require a script that would require you to fix the lights from the light in the air rather then the box on the ground. The lightbar mod can just be carried over, and serves no real purpose except for modders who need that style of lightbar. The sosi(which is the siren script) and warning lights are build into the mod.

Where did you find 1.9 at? There is a way as plenty of people have done it, its just difficult. I usually set up a parameter with about 5 water cannons. It hurts your ratting but it works. Plus this has nothing to with the mod.

I think its rather common NA, but as you said it does vary. They dont do anything that i know of. They just are there for looks.

Care to elaborate? The new taskbar is GREAT and far less cluttered then XP. The search/run box in the start menu for Vista/7 is so much better the digging through folders as I never remember where the hell things are when i have like 3 rows of program folders. You can customize which tray icons to display or hide. I loved XP but Win 7 is the greatest Windows OS ever released imo.

Considering his editor wont open how do you expect him to do that?

Good news, I found the fix! It simply required my monitors resolution to be set at 1280x1024 and it now runs almost perfectly in full screen. Not quite perfect but close enough! Going to hack the config file for 1680x1050 and see if i can get it full screen at native resolution. Edited config to 1680x1050 and it now works just fine on full screen.

I was listening to the local police scanner on one of the local media sites. An officer asked another officer if he could bring over a PDT or PBT(couldnt quite make it out). Any one know what he was talking about?

Tried older drivers for Vista x64 but that did not resolve it. I noticed the current drivers for the 9800GTX+ are the same for Vista and Win 7 so naturally the drivers I use now are actually the same I used in Vista and the game worked fine. I have found alot of people with this problem for Crisis but the fix doesnt apply for EM4. Guess I am going to resolve this on my own, and will post a fix here when/if I find one.

huh? There is no exe installer for the LA Mod yet. Just follow the download link here, Extract the zip or rar file. Double click on the e4mod file and then your done. Then grab the exe patch from the bugs thread. Theres an exe file in the rar/zip file. Install the patch and your ready to go.

I never mentioned length, only height.

I suppose its bigger in real life but by the looks of the pic, it would be hard to stack people 3 on one side and 3 on the other. The rear entrance seems like it would be a real pia to lift some one into the back.
