I have noticed sometimes it has better reach then the tower and other times it does not. Actually there are a few hazmat events just not as many as in EM4 Deluxe. There is a hazmat event in the port area but oddly I have not experienced it so far. Look at other maps and see what to name the people, hydrants, boxes, etc. I hate to be devils advocate but I dont find the exe installer to be worth it. It looks great but hell tbh it wasnt any easier to install then an e4mod file. The installer would be great for submods since some people are unable to follow such simple directions to install the submods.

Never understood how not having a basket makes it easier? Seems like it would be the other way around. Those are pretty common in the states I believe. You only see them in high traffic areas for parking enforcement but still very common.

No need to mention me lol it was just an idea. Your the one doing the hard work.
-
Personally I like this tiller more: http://cms.firehouse.com/content/apparatus...ville_large.jpg But the point of the submod is realism, not random units from around the US. Even if LA used them ages ago they dont anymore.

Great work Jon! Look forward to more updates. Have you considered placing any 4 lane roads? I think its the only thing it lacks.
-
You can fit 2 USAR trucks in FS1, however, you cant say place a HES behind the USAR and have it leave through the rear of the station. Well said Shane, well said.
-
You guys are switching to ALD towers to? I was under the impression all the STI tillers had not been phased out yet.
-
I dont think blood hounds are really used these days. I went to the FF challenge here in evansville last weekend and the local USAR group was there and they only had a lab there and the rest of there dogs were not blood hounds. As for needing more dogs i cant really see a need to use multiple dogs at once.

I cant recall if i ever posted this or not, but the first few times i never noticed it but now I notice it every time since I usually place a Hummer on top of the tunnel. All the easter eggs have been posted if thats what your asking.
-
Im guessing they dont carry them irl, but just a guess.

Any one know how to place a Suicide By Window event?
-
I think the time of death command is a bit over the top, but I wouldnt mind seeing paramedics and emts being able to call for a coroner should the patient be DOA. @billy, that to, i knew i was forgetting something, but forgot what.
-
So anyways I wonder if we will see tarps for bodies before 2.0 or not?
-
On second look I dont think either of the "tillers" here are really tillers. There just semis pretty much, namely the Hazmat tiller since Internationals are very commonly used to pull trailers.
-
Ill get back to you on that. Keep in mind I only have a Q6600 right now. I havent heard much bad about ASUS. I mean every manufacturer has there shares of DOA boards and such. Yeah the EVGAs seem pretty good. I heard there older mobos werent that good but the i5 and i7 boards seem quite good.

Yes but those breeds are better at it then most. Plus certain breeds are worn out quickly like an English Bulldog. There bread with a big head because they were breed to latch onto bulls and be able to hang on. Since all the weights in there head they dont have as much body weight pulling them down.

I must have missed that post. If you send me the images in bmp, png, jpeg, etc format I can convert them to DDS if you like.

No but when its been said over and over again..I think i can answer the question for you. For one: http://forum.emergency-planet.com/index.ph...st&p=111533 I dont care what Europe does, but are you referring to FFs being EMTs and Medics or Ambulance service being part of the FD? If you mean ambulances being part of the FD I dont believe it till i see stats, atleast for the US. That would be LASD Search and Rescue. The members are Reserve Deputies if I recall correctly, and must be trained as EMT.

http://editorial.autos.msn.com/article.asp...cumentid=434545 Camry is the third most stolen vehicle so I dont think speed is that big of a factor when looking at that list. You suck!

1) Mike answered this for me awhile back. You may want to check one of the other two threads mike answers. The main thing distinguishing a RA from and ALS ambulance is RA is staffed by firefighter/emts or ff/parmedics. RAs can be ALS or BLS I believe. Search this one and find mikes answer for sure. 2) I am guessing there the same thing. Usually officers on patrol are the ones to head to an accident and then, depending on the accident type(for example normal MVA vs High Speed Chase ending in MVA) a PD Supervisor or higher ranking officer is probably dispatched as well for the later type of MVA. 3)This was covered earlier to. If I recall LAFD can radio AMR and give the call over to AMR which they do alot for frequent fliers. LAFD doesnt use AMR themselves, but they can give calls over to AMR.

[EM4] Los Angeles Mod bugs, issues and problems
Xplorer4x4 replied to Hoppah's topic in Los Angeles Mod
The only problem I had running it on Win7 was I had to manually edit the screen resolution in the config file. Didnt have to make it compatible with Win2K or anything. Theres a lifeguard sub mod but it never made it out of beta sadly. Highway Patrol has both a CV and Charger already in the game. -
Then you can do it and send it to me smart@.. I was thinking of something like this to, although tieing it to the alarm sounds a little bit better game wise as this would be more likley to give the engines a clear path in front of the station because if we rely on trigger, the engine(s) will already be leaving the bay so there ma be traffic in front of the station although its fairly dead by station 1.

When I get more time i will look into the firestation.script if you dont fix it first. Im a bot confused on the police back up. How does it operate normally LAPD back up LAPD, LASD, back up LASD, and CHP backs up CHP no matter whos closest? Your doing an awesome job Shane, thanks for all your help along the way on my project.

I like the grill on that rescue tiller. http://img188.imageshack.us/img188/1152/en...81ds9549741.jpg Not really that odd, just odd to see them still in service as im sure the vast majority is retired. http://img199.imageshack.us/img199/795/squadx7ds9735819.jpg Now this ones ugly, but odd.
