That's why you use the USCG helicopter until people can get in and flash grenades. I've had something similir happen but it involved my own edited map, two demonstrations next to each other, and sevral molotove cocktails.

What do you send for a bomb attack mission in Emergency 4? I was just curious. For me I send in a TEC helicopter and rappel the engineer to disarm the bomb and then I send a police copter with 2 marksman to arrest the bomber. If the bomb explodes I send in two water browsers and a ladder truck for every burning building. If there are more then 4 casualties I send in an Emergency bus, (3 doctors 1 paramedic team) I also send by default an ambulance with two doctors and another with two paramedics just in case.

Yeah most of the stuff they do is fake and scripted, and you can tell. One of the episodes they had a bunch of armed guys and they were shooting the repo guys, and some how, they didn 't shoot the camera crew who had no car to go into.
