All FDNY apparatures were made with an original technical drawing of Seagrave so all sizes fit to each other (front, back, side, etc) of the ladder 10 model or of this model, the only thing is to scale the whole model right that it fits into the 911 FR scene but we already solved that problem in our way we want to thank them again at this point for providing us their drawings!
  2. hmmm... about 2 or 3hrs until today. we still have to change some parts so i cant say how long its going to take until its 100% finished

  4. Tower Ladder 1 has all in all about 3000 polygons (with complete chassis, childs, wheels, ladder, basket, turntable, outriggers and jacks)

So, i'm back... i was away because i had a fairly serious injury at my head which got stitched up and the doc meant me to rest for a spell and except the headaches i'm fine As discussed long time before, 9/11 won't become part of the mod... I myself lost a relative and a good friend there that day. I see no reason to have such a horrible day repeated in a computer game... so once for all: "There will be NO 9/11 MISSION/INCIDENT/SCENE in the modification out of respect for the victims, the survivors and their families" i have to rectify you, we are the "New York Mod Team", not the "FDNY Mod" Possible
  9. okay, a little szenario... Rescue 1 was assigned to another incident the reason why it rushed over the intersection too the streetnames are "fictiv" what means... the streets exists in real but the intersection on the map doesnt reflect the reality
  10. So... i promised it, next screen of the nearly finished "secret" engine CO. model on a visit at the stately duane manor
  11. So guys, something new from me/us... Surprise 1 Surprise 2 It's a "Prototype Model", that means... its not finished with all of its details... you'll get a Screen of the finished truck next week, when i've decided which CO is the lucky one to be included in our mod with this model
  12. we just found another way to simulate a cool run, we try it out right now (no we dont tell what it is for now)
  13. We only have one incident at the same time and to 2)... you can make cars pull over for emergency vehicles, we tried it out ... its possible but we dont know if we include it into the mod
  14. The firehouses have the correct units in it.... sure, just look at the screens of the duane st. house and you'll see
  15. we work on the mod since hmmm... june 2008 but since then we changed our whole concept for 4 times. The work on the current and final project has started in may/june 2009. We reworked all our models since then and built ca 90 new ones, we were really "fast" considering that we have so less time

  17. our "healing system" is not working the same way you had to handle an EMS incident in the standard game
