1. Exploded Gas Pipe 2. MVA 3. Unknown type fire 4. Active Shooter 1 = 4 Engines of any variation, the BC to Supervise. Occasionally a Fire Plane of the situation gets out of hand. As many ALS/BLS Ambulances for people who are injured. 2 = 1 USAR Truck, As many ALS Ambulances as there are injured people, One PD Patrol Car for traffic, and as many tow trucks to how many cars there are. If the person is underwater and trapped, 1 ALS Ambulance, a USAR Truck with Rescue Diver, 2 PD Cars, the BC Supervisor, and a tow truck. 3 = 1 Engine if the Fire is in a Concrete Area close to the Station, 2 Engines if the Fire is in an area filled with bushes/grass/trees. 2 Engines if the fire is in a Concrete area and the station is far away. If I am feeling lazy or if the fire is unreachable/edge of the map, I send a fire plane. 4 = One Nearby Patrol Car. If there is a Hostage inside a building, the SWAT Team in the LAPD SUV Parked out in front of the LAPD gets dispatched along with the Patrol Car with one ALS/BLS Ambulance standing by. If it's a bank robbery, the LAPD SUV with SWAT gets dispatched to that as well, due to the closeness of the bank and the LAPD HQ.

Actually, we already have 2 Hazmat calls, the Powerstation that goes on fire and the warehouse by the docks that go on fire.
-
Ahh okay. Thanks for your response.

I was curious how easy it is to change pedestrian skin colors? As LA in real life is 50 percent Hispanic and has a large amount of blacks as well, it wouldn't make sense for all of the Pedestrians in the game to be white, like they are now.
-
Don't you think it would have been more productive to say it would take too much time for something that wouldn't change much rather than insult his idea? I get you're working on a map, and I don't like his idea either, but there is no need to be rude.

Yes, downloaded from Direct2Drive. Never had any problems with the LA Mod.

If I try to start a new freeplay game, no matter which way I do it, it crashes.
-
Suppose nobody knows about the crashes?
-
Ah, I thought the name spring break would make it like summer, lol. I've been playing it a little while, every time I end freeplay, game crashes. Is there supposed to be a campaign too? Some things are a bit confusing too and it doesn't help that the English translation isn't so good.

What happens if I always want it to snow?

I have 911:FR and I am wondering how to set up the Winterberg mod properly? The download here lists only the Deluxe version, and the Winterberg site has an extremely bad layout, it's near impossible to find anything. Thanks for your assistance.

They wouldn't get stuck in other cars if they did. Watch carefully, they'll go straight through red lights. They only follow them if another car is stopped in front. And yes, the Civilian did die. He was standing right in front of parking and a car passed it. This made the PD car go on the sidewalk as soon as I hit the patrol button, and he was ran over and killed.
-
That's odd. I play on Freeplay all the time and I usually end up having to dispatch a fire truck to the wrecks because the cars do go on fire sometimes. Mikey, I don't understand what you mean with the stop thing. What I ment was if the traffic lights all went red for an extra second before allowing the other one to go green, they wouldn't risk getting stuck.
-
Is there anyway you can make lights red without making the others green? If that was able to happen then this whole problem would be avoidable in the first place, since all the cars in the intersection would have time to go through before the other turned green. I wonder if it's possible to make traffic accidents with no injuries too.
-
One time, I directed a Police Patrol that was sitting at the station to start patrolling, the only thing is when you first click the patrol button, they don't stick to the routes right away and drive a little crazy. I have no problem with that, except when this happen the one time, the Police Officer ran over a Civilian, instantly killing them. This is a bit of a problem! Also, Police Officers do not follow traffic lights, they often get stuck with other cars turning. Just wanted to let you know!
-
That would be way too much. The cars that Hoppah showed look awesome! Also, for Mikey, I'm guessing it's the traffic lights that are the issue, since they usually let one car go at a time. Is also still an issue with Police Patrols, as they don't follow if the light is red or green and they end up getting stuck and back up traffic until I get the Police to get out and have them wave everyone around. Traffic lights are hardcoded so there can be no changes to them?

I wouldn't mind seeing vehicles going faster or extra parking for FBI and stuff at the back of the LAPD HQ. Having only 3 parking spaces was meh. Besides the Map, will v1.9 hold any other additions, even minor?
-
It was said that there would be a fire there, maybe even a gas explosion. If that is the case, I definately do NOT want them there.
-
Looks good! What do you mean by Ownership issues?
-
It's good that enter-able buildings are not a real priority. I rather the outside be as best as it can be.
-
Ah yes. I forgot. The map looks very diverse so far. I LOVE the road over the tunnel. Will the tunnel be functional I wonder.
-
Why? NYCDOT uses completely different cars.
-
Cool! I wonder if the Ambulances will continue to be parked at the Fire Station or will it move to the hospital? Probably will stay at the Firestation.

Actually, the Los Angeles River is indeed a real river. It was filled with concrete though to stop alluvial flood plains from developing.
-
I'm glad you're making a new map! One good thing about making a decent LA map is that there are almost no buildings in LA that are over two stories tall (Except downtown). This map should be a lot easier to see!
