Some of the units are driving so incredible slow some times. Is there any way to change this?

I "solved" it, by sending an officer to alle the main streets leading into the map, and blocking the street with cones. Now I got no traffic at all, exept for the stolen car-case one in a while

The problem with traffic-light, is actually in every intersection. In the original 911 First Responders map, with LA mod

In LA Mod, with original map, in free play, the trafficlight next to the police-station, and a few blocks away, turns green just for half sec, and no cars gets over. Is there any fix for this?
