What would be cool is having normal bobbies with the custodian helmet. You could put them in the van like a normal Public order van or just a van that goes around on a Saturday night Cheers

Files not corrupted, I downloaded it last night. Have you tried putting it in a mod folder by any chance?

Xandarb is correct. I've modded everything in GTA 4 for the PC and all the modders say that it's not possible for the consoles Sorry Heddlu1
