Yes there are, there is an Emergency 3 version of the LA Mod, as well as a few other Emergency 3 mods.

No, technically you don't need the game to download the files. But, to actually use the LA mod, you need Emergency 4. The LA Mod is a modification for Emergency 4, not it's own game. Click here for the LA Mod download page.

Updates! So everybody (well, 5) people voted, and the majority votes for Unified Air Rescue Force I have actually decided, that it would be nice to have ground vehicles (cars) and boats, so we will NOTplay on VATSIM. We will play on the Flight Simulator X multiplayer. We will still use helicopters and planes, but now boats and cars can be used. As some of you may have seen in my other posts, I'm still waiting for my new computer, so I can't do much until that computer comes.

So, as the title says, post what kind of mobile phone you have, and your opinion on it. I have the Blackberry Storm, it's pretty good. It's touch screen, and you can tap the screen to highlight something, and you actually push the screen in to select it, the entire screen is one huge button. The only problems I have is that sometimes the screen won't respond if some rain (or any liquid) gets on the screen, it runs out of battery fairly quick, and the is just one pressure sensor on the screen so sometimes it is hard to something that is not near the pressure sensor. I think when I need to, I will either get the Blackberry Storm 2, or the Google Nexus 1. -The Storm 2 has more pressure sensors, which will make it more responsive, other than that I think it is just like the original Storm. -The Nexus.... not sure why I want it, it just seems like a cool phone, I'll still be able to get email and internet. What do you have?

True, I guess it running a plate may take longer than you assume it will. And actually, here in New Jersey you can be pulled over for having Window Tints on the Windshield, driver side, and/or front passenger side windows. New Jersey cities don't care about tinted windows as much, it's really only the small towns who don't have much else to do.
