Ya, thanks for the help itch/wkboy, that seemed to correct it.

Mod dabbler here with a quick question, after I edit lights on a vehicle in the editor how do I get them to save? Every time I edit them and reopen they are reverted back to their original. (sorry mods, I posted this is EM5 it is meant to be in EM4 support)

Everyone appreciates the hard work that you and bama have put in itch. I really do hope you guys reach the quality level you are working so hard to achieve before release. The quality level of both of your work is outstanding so I hope you only drop dat big release when you guys know you have something that you will be proud of. Good luck with those pesky bugs mate!

Great mod! Only annoyance is a structure fire can set an entire block of matchlight trees on fire which requires an all hands alarm to contain xD I am really enjoying it though, appreciate the release mate.

[RELEASED] Brooklyn "Borough of Fire" (BOF) Modification
Valadix replied to rafaelmfernandez's topic in Mods
Small issue, if someone can attempt to duplicate so I can see if its just my copy. When the chauffeur disconnects the line attaching Hydrant -> Engine, he turns back into a regular fireman and then I have no one on the engine to disconnect the next time I utilize that engine. Other than that, nothing game breaking and an amazingly well done mod. Thanks for the hard work NYCERU! -
Right click the front of the cab of the truck, that will correct the issue of hose connection. I also managed to replicate the issue involving the CTD at the northern fire station for the people who are having that issue. It seems that if you mouse over the "house" part of the station, eventually you will crash. Try it and see if it does it for you guys, but I can't find a reason why it would do that yet =\

It seems to be temperamental and reliant over camera angle and height. I am trying to get a solid replication of it though. Also the paths for emergency vehicles seem to be off or something, a few routes they might cut across the grass or they might drive on the other side of the road. It's most defiantly not a game breaker. That being said, you have added in some amazing things and I love the great detail! The map is highly enjoyable and the units are very well made. Cheer mate, thanks again for the release.

Great looking mod thank you for releasing it! I am also getting the CTD when i move my camera over the northern fire station. But so far that is the only bug I can see.

Is it really? I must have been playing too much Manhatten mod that doesn't have that because I just can not remember it doing that in the base game. If anyone knows of a way to remove it, I would appreciate it.
-
Hey guys, I've searched this issue and I came up with nothing. Ever since I loaded a saved 3.0.4 Manhatten mod, all of my vehicles have green highlights through buildings and even shrubbery. (see pictures) This goes for all mods, including the base game with any new free play or save I load up. Anyone seen this before or know how to correct this annoyance? I've never seen this before, and I've been mucking around in EM4 for a few years now and just can't seem to resolve this myself. Images DxDiag/Specs

This is amazing bama! You have really outdone yourself. And that brush truck is just down right sexy. My only issue is that fires seem to engullf a city block faster than I can get an engine to the scene. Most small house fires requires calling 2 or 3 more apparatuses just to make sure the fire doesn't spread to the next block across the street,

Goog, installed everything the way you had said it, however the unit does not appear in the ingame units list. Any ideas? I also tried putting it in it's respected folder "03 LA police" sub folder for models and prototypes, as I thought the problem was that the files were chilling in the root folders of "model" and "prototypes". That didn't correct it though =(

Make a shortcut of your em4.exe and edit it, adding "-editor " without the quotes to the end of the target line. There is your editor. I have the atari version as well and this thread helped me fix it. http://forum.emergency-planet.com/index.php?/topic/16329-emergency-4-mod-installer/ 3rd post down... Man, I love google. Might as well take this post to say I look forward to updates on these skins goog. When I get the hankering to LA mod I can't play without these.

Nice video guys. Quick question though, that ladder looks a little European, is that the final ladder for the mod?

Press esc. Click "Main Menu" Click "Save game" Save the game. =D

Skins look fantastic so far really looking forward to seeing more on this. I live a few counties over in Alamance so a NC mod really peaks my interest! I don't know if many are out in such a rural county, but I would love to see some NC State Troopers vehicles!

Ya I think am going to have to join MERU for this version... I think that is the only way to truly appreciate the work you guys put into this version than playing with you guys. Love the game footage and really look forward to the NYPD aspect video Raf.

Very much appreciate a public release Black! =D And that being said, you have really outdone yourself with the mod. Beautifully well crafted lights complimenting even better skins/models. (The street names are really awesome as well!) Always looking to see more stuff from you and I can defiantly see how Sq55 could have a blast with this gem. +1 bro.

Nice video Dyson. I really like (from what I can see) the traffic volume. Seems to be a nice mix and right in the middle of V2 and V1. That is what I really missed the most from V1, the feel of the "chaotic" streets of NYC.

Thats really awesome Raf, thanks for the public release mate. Really appreciate the time and effort you, Dyson and the rest of the team are putting into molding such an excellent mod.
