Yea i had the same problem, and i didnt know why. but i then realized i still had cops on the map. so i sent them back to HQ and i passed the mission...

Get a 2D picture of a car. and model the sides of them, top of them, and put them together lawl. thats exactly what i do

Ok well i loaded the mod... ect... and when i click: Free mod thingy i click Never Ending game, so i wait for like 2 min. and nothing happens... so i click and it says: EM3.exe has stopped working, would you like to: Stop this Program, Wait for Program to Respond

i just dont know how to install the MOD ive gotten it downloaded. and extracted in a folder i made... what else do i need to do :O rofl idk if this has been asked before or not Help please Brant
