Looking good, looking very good. Does the dog work like the LA Mod? And will there be EOD officers to go with the Landie? Cheers, The OC-D

I vote thanks-giving parade with Dyson, makes more sense and has a nicer feel to it. Look forward to the video and keep up the good work guys! The OC-D

Alas, despite having a family with a strong military history (Dad - RAF; Uncle - Royal Singal Corps; Grandma - Auxilary Territorial Service; Grandad - Definately British Army, claimed SAS but was a notorious liar, although I have his 'wings' so I'm unsure...;Great Uncle - Chindit; Great Grandfathers - British Army) I don't quite make the grade. Shame, but I fully support all of you regardless of Nation and good luck with the endeavours. The OC-D

Its a country. Ergo it contains people that are from both ends of every scale. It is a large country, therefore has a large scale. This means it get tarred with a large brush. I feel it is misrepresented in most aspects although stereotypes can be found in almost all areas. The US has a tradition of standing by the UK and I admire that, hell, its been useful more than once. All I hope is that it continues, rather than being bum buddies or at each others throats, I hope we remain brothers in arms. The OC-D

Nowhere, I'm a Social Sciences student ( ) so I can't possibly get a job! Want to be a cop but its unlikely so I'll end up insomething crap. The OC-D

Errm, if we're talking about the computer in the Ambulance Station, on mine I just click the button that looks like cogs and the computer starts giving me options to 'Remove Traffic' and something else. Anyone else find the hunter post that you can use to shoot the deer? Made me chuckle when I found it. The OC-D

St John Ambulance - Get to know other cadets etc, show off your kit!

I think we should keep all the old badges for where we come from. Being from a Buckinghamshire I get the third County Badge on my sleeve, the County Swan and it looks really cool and as far as I understand not all counties get them. What I do think is clever about the new uniform is the interchangable Role slides, so if you're PTA trained but working as a First Aider, you wear a 'First Aid' strip to avoid confusion. Although it possibly prevents those Med Gas trained, for example, from helping out as it "Says their working as a First Aider..." The problem with having "AMBULANCE" across all out uniform is we're not the or even an Ambulance Service, we're a volunteer organisation that helps with First Aid and the like. If I'm helping at a Village Fete do I need "AMBULANCE" emblazoned across my shoulders? Not really. And the places where you do need it, you're either in Greens or Hi-Viz, both of which should have "AMBULANCE" or "St JOHN AMBULANCE" with the eight pointed Maltese Cross. (How do you make a Maltese Cross? Slap him for no reason!) I've been watching a bit of Rapid Response, its quite good. Wonder if I could rock over in my Black and Whites to help out! The OC-D -

I've had people think I'm many things, I made someone throw their mobile phone on the floor when they were driving because I was in white shirt, black tie and black epaullettes and my dad had worn white shirt and black tie for work so he though we were coppers. Ah, the new uniform's really messy, I don't like it, we should have stayed black and white and let PTA and over get greens, so much simpler, not this really random mix. They're not going to implement it nationwide any time soon, we had a brochure from 2008 and there's still no word of it and its almost 2012. The OC-D -
Wonderful, thanks for sharing. Its now hitting English supermarkets the whole 'take a bag, weigh it' etc. and near enough the same things happen. Wonderful that idiocy is internationally recognised... The OC-D

I'm OC-D, I'm a member with Vale Of Aylesbury Division, I am Advanced First Aid, AED and Med Gas trained. I only have a Zenith Fast Response bag of my own, cost me £60 and that's quite enough when I'm buying uniform and giving my time as well. I don't think I've used it, I always get a FIT Kit on the day. I'm currently doing very few duties as I'm at Southampton Uni, so I can only help the LINKs unit sometimes. I've been a member for 2 years now. I suppose Michael will be next to post The OC-D -
You don't like the Mitsubishi? They've found them really useful, they used to have Vauxhall Astra Estates and every time it snowed they were crap. Nobody quite freaks out to the same extent over a bit of snow like the English.... We don't like our rain frozen... The OC-D

If we're going patriotic Fast Food, its gotta be Fish And Chips, with mushy peas and a large bottle of ketchup... Sorry, I was salivating on my keyboard. As for OT, McDonalds, don't know why, just given the choice its what I pick. The OC-D

Looking good! Thoroughly enjoying watching this thread for the updates. I wanted to see HAZMAT 1 and I'd love to see HAZ-TEC Ambulances but, hell, its your mod and the use of the Squad is a good idea, saves it from being just another Engine. The OC-D

@Alex: Why would you want to know? Secondly, why the need for a poll? Just because you support the London mod doesn't mean you should discredit everyone else who has bothered putting their time and effort into making an alternate UK mod. I think this is a bit malicious and pointless really. @Drthrax: It appear you are using a translator very badly, please try and post in good English in the [EN] sections of the forum. The OC-D

There are issues with lights in EM4, its generally considered possible to only do 'Blue Lights' and 'Special Lights' (Floods, Rear Reds) And the '999' button does the siren which is coded to put the 'Blue Lights' on as well. I'm not saying its impossible, but its unlikely to happen. Also, what purpose would Headlights serve? They come on automatically at night and Wig-Wags are included in the 'Blue Lights' option. No, I suffer the MP5 bug too, I think its being ironed out in the next version. You can get 'Violent Demonstrations' in Freeplay that normally require the dispatch of one or two TSG Sprinters, unless you're really quick with the Response BMW's and Astras. The OC-D

Cheat. That's a photograph :-P Seriously, damn.... The OC-D

My views on this are you don't need two topics, you need a smaller font and a less offensive colour. If you really want a big disturbance, let the small ones in Freeplay grow, they take in any civilians walking past until you have a MASSIVE crowd. Then you'll be ale to use all the stuff you want to. Firstly don't triple post, especially when the last two are essentially the same post. Secondly, the mod maker will release pics when he has time or the wil to do so. Mintcake warned 'in the next few weeks' and you beg for pictures twice in 3 days. Calm down man and play v1 until the next release is ready, I know that's what I'll be doing. The OC-D

If you mean just a light then yes. However, a Floodlight is a 'Special Light' and the ALS Engine already has Directional Lights, which are also 'Special Lights'. Your choice would be to delete the directional lights and add a floodlight in its place, or to add a floodlight and it would only come on when the Directional Lights were activated. Hope that makes sense/is right/helps, The OC-D

I know Alex, I can't believe I can't tell green from blue and someone else correct me on the cars, I just typed it quickly so the guy could see it and play the mod better. I really can't wait for an update and can't wait for the Jankel! The OC-D
