Does the game run fine without the LA Mod running? If so, I can suggest that you uninstal LA Mod, and then reinstall it.

Would it be possible to have police officers do foot patrols?

I installed the configurator, but when I launch it it says Active X could not be registered, same thing happens for Flash Player for IE. I have the error log which I can put up if anybody is interested in helping me. (In the config, I can hardly check any boxes, and I can't click on the flags to change the language. I did the way with the Winterberg Updater)

You gave me an idea. I should go to the nearest McDonalds that offers free Wi-Fi, download the mod I need and then go on my way and transfer it to my desktop.

This is looking awesome! I cant wait, although I have one question: How large is the file estimated to be because I can't go over the internet cap or else the internet service provider charges big money.

This highrise building sounds awesome. A video demonstrating this would be much more ideal (and awesome) than a picture , you have to show them running up the stairs, and the fire alarm lights going off!

That's why I organise a game with my friend so that we can experiance online play of a mod. It's great fun

I played with my friend on multiplayer, and since it wasn't a multiplayer map, we had to use the default map. I think that this mod could be quite interesting in multiplayer, especially if the other emergency services had more to do with the fires. For example, you could have civilians near the fire, this would involve all 3 main emergency services. Fire, keeping the fire at bay, police, keeping the citizens away from the fire, and EMS, treating the wounded. This mod has alot of potential to be multiplayer.

Use a editing programme such as Paint.net or photoshop, save it away calling it whatever you want. (I prefer the .png format) and then upload it to a hosting company such as Imageshack. -

Open houses looking good. Are you planinng on making more than 4 open houses for later versions of the mod?

So you have deleted the mod folder under C:\Program Files\sixteen tons entertainment\Emergency 4\Mods as well?
