Use any firefighter with the star of life symbol and a medic bag to heal your firefighters or anyone else. Alternatively, just send them to the fire station and when you request new firefighters, they will have a full health bar

I might not post but I am certainly still interested in it and I am sure that there a lot of people out there not posting but waiting for the release of the mod I would love to help solve your problems, but I do not have any useful skills so I will just have to encourage you to continue with your mod

The picture looks great, but I have to admit that the cab looks like an older generation Scania, and not a new Volvo FMX I assume that will change once the mapping has been done

You can do that yourself by clicking on your name in the top left corner, then "my profile" in the menu that pops down, and then you click on "edit profile" underneath the search bar in the right hand side of the screen and underneath the "your options" text, there are 4 tabs and you need to click on the first one called "settings" and then you change the time in the drop down menu.

You need to send a KLEF unit to take the animal, just ask the firefighter to take the animal, put the animal into the KLEF and send the KLEF back out off the map to complete it successfully.

I have got the game too and when I have got it reinstalled, I should be ready for multiplayer -
I have cleared the incident, but I could not remove the boxes either, but I did clear the vehicle and drove at least 1 person on hospital, after healing him. Forgetting to hospitalise (arrest and delivering him to the police station should work too) the driver is the only solution I can think of.

Has anyone ever managed to heal all (or remove) all the poisoned people when you have a hazmat incident in the bottom left (southwest) corner of the map?

What about the RTS Bieberfelde mod? I do know it is german, but I believe that there is an ENglish guide or translation to it.

I played GTA London 1969 and the map was more or less a copy of the GTA 1 map, but the cars, names and houses looked like something you would find in London in 1969. But essentially, the game was a reskin and you needed to put the GTA 1 disc in your Playstation before loading your London disc.

I have the deluxe version and have played the game for more than 2 hours in a row, and the only problem similar to yours, is when a vehicle tries to go past the tourist queue at the Reichstag, and I normally solve the problem by arresting and moving 1 or 2 people.

Where are the stuck pedestrians? I cannot find any stuck pedestrians anywhere?

Alternatively, you can have an engine parked there permantly and it will automatically extuingish the fire, should the accident happen. Having said that, my usual approach is two engines on the hospital parking area and 2 engines on the road where the accident happened and maybe the ladder too.

Get the firefighter to put the dog into the KLEF, by clicking on it. This will not work if you have shot the dog dead, in which case it will disappear by itselves when you have taken the victim away. You deploy the jump pad by clicking on the building or the ground around the jumper, just move your mouse around a bit and you should see the symbol.

He did not play, what he meant was that he loaded the mod in the editor and explored the things in the mod (people, cars, buildings, the map and so on)

The age. The green cars are the old livery, the blue cars are in a newer livery but some German states (Dont think that Berlin is one of them) has choosen to stick to the green livery.

The same happens in that event in EM4 Deluxe, people get infected but it takes rather a long time for them to collapse so sometimes they have left the map (in Deluxe that is)
