Greetings. Unfortunately, the mod progress has been halted for quite a while, and may be dissapointing some of the people waiting for it. I am making contact with the project leader and we are talking over it about now, so please be paitient. As for an alternatinve Japanese mod, as far as I know, the "Tokyo Mod" is the only one. Although, it has been abandonded in the very early stage of modding, so it is almost just the name itself which is existing.

As for me, I would say it is much better using this submod alone rather than combining into one. I played NY mod for the first time today and my whole pc went shut down without even a single notice, after about 10 minutes of gameplay. Submod sometimes crashes too but it only closes the EM4 itself and not the whole system. Well, it could be only me though

I do say 2.3 is really turning out good. Especially when I play it with my heaters all turned off, I can feel like I'm commanding the units in the snow I think there were some talks about it several pages ago. It is not compatible with other submods including more units or whatever it is.

How many times are you going to bump your own thread by "DOUBLE POSTING"...? Learn to "EDIT" your previous post You should have read it (It's on page 1 and page 2), and you even replied to the first warning. If you keep ignoring the administrators, you might recive more warings. They have been telling you nicely many times not to double post

As for the one who lives in Japan, I have seen them live on TV's and so on. They move much quicker. They are just doing slowly and more attractive for showing for visitors. Does this give you the info you need Xplorer4x4? I also think it's about time to ...it is that, everyone agrees so. It's kind of getting way too hot. The only reason the light bar goes up, is for increasing the visibility of light bar.They don't put anything in there.(Some Japanese police cars also has the same kind of light bar but it's also the same. No equipments) The basic colouring is the same for all Japanese road tech cars (well... not really though, since we have some commercial tech support groups mainly for car trouble response), but the NEXCO tech car only responds to any type of MVAs on highways and interstates. The city has their own cars which patrolls the normal roads.

It's the matter of common sense. It was quite an indiscreet picture of an airliner with burning engines falling torwards the river(sea?) in front of a big city. The airliner was a drawn picture so it wasn't much of a reality, but for my opinion, it was a kind of a thing that shouldn't have gone public Well, but since he already removed the picture so let's not poke it around anymore.

Quite entertaining So the result was already clear from the first part when he tried to play games with the administrator... lol He was unable to overthrow the other posts so he helped...himself. Yeah, simple entertainment. for more than two years he was the menber of this community but wasn't acutually paying ANY respect to Hoppah and other moderators and administrator... what a guy

Well razor95, you seem to miss understand. Like Commander Rasseru said earlier, we are not making an action movie thing. We are tring to create a mod based on real Tokyo, Japan style. Unfortunately, gun uses are strictly limited in Japan, and we don't have these kind of fancy on-board snipers or gun choppers. Are they Japanese? Is this a helicopter from Japanese authourity? Please read more carefully from next time.

Sorry, I think I erased the address by mistake. Maybe Commander Rasseru still has it, but I will try to recover it by myself and let you know. Asking relase dates of mod is a big NO in this forum. Since you seem new to here so I will tell this gently, but some people get really annoyed or pissed off by this "When~?" questions. Becareful! (This mod is still under construction and looking for help)

As for my opinion, who is seeing those light bars often in daily life, it's not the acutual one. I mean no offense zootoo63, but you seem to miss understand it. First of all the size is not right. The acutual one is much larger. Secondary, Japanese police officials doesn't import light bars from China or Chinese companies. Finally, PATLITE co. has it's own factory in Japan and they are making it. They are the actual and major suppliers for Japanese emergency officials.

Acutually, it has a small elevator system inside that box (as you can see in the picutre below). It's mainly used to keep the visivility of the lightbar if there is something behind the police car, like vans or trucks. the lightbar will be automatically stored back into the box when the gear is changed to R or D.

In Japan (especially in major cities), Toyota Crown is being replaced to newer ones. I live in Nagoya but when I see a Crown police car, it's mostly the new version. Tokyo is much bigger city and has a lot of money so it's sure that they are using more new car based police vehicles. There are many reasons but I think the main ones are emission problems and the advantage of car speeds. You can't catch up with fast cars if your using old Crown.

You mean the LCD monitor? Mine's a laptop and has a LCD but it looks fine. Very good Fire engine red is showing.

Wow, Tokyo MOD! Sounds very attractive, especially for a Japanese Emergency4 fan like me. Wish I could help but you seem to have enough information, and I don’t have any skills to make MODs. What a shame… guess all I can do is wish you luck.
