I'm Crow, also known as Crow Seetan, Crow949, Itachi, a bunch of names throughout the internets. I'm addicted to Hoppah's Los Angeles mod for EM3 and EM4, and the two have motivated me to recreate the units of LA's close neighbor, the Orange County Sheriff's Department, CA.
