There's a problem just there. That means it will take 5-10-15 seconds to remove one tree, like with the chainsaw. Might be a little too long, and then a few guys with chainsaws would be better. BUT: If there is anyhow the timer could be set to 0.5 seconds it would work pretty well

If i were one of the officers and saw a great oppourtunity to stop the vehicle with a maneuver like PIT, i would do that too (If i knew how to). It's not about HOW you stop the car, it's about GETTING it stopped. - But still needs to be done professionally

People should just read the TOS and they'll find these rules, however it's lovely you remind us of it, as i'm sure 50% of the people here haven't read the TOS.

There's a GPS at the minimap (It's a road icon) When the call on a beeper comes, you will look at the adress, find the road on the GPS, look on the houses for the number (Small blue signs), when you arrive, the victim is probably standing. You will then take a medic and press the heal button, and hold your mouse over some people in the area of the house, and if it can heal the person, you have found him/her. -Then you get an ambulance there and take the wheelchair > Make the person sit in the wheelchair > Press the button on the radio in the ambulance something with "At PAT" or like that. You will then return to the hospital and make the people exit the ambulance Press enter building at the door of the hospital where it will arrive.

The wheelchair is for people who is standing, they will not need a stretcher. If you lay down the patients, you need a stretcher.

Enter the building between the garages, you can sit in the chairs, turn on/off lamps, use a computer and watch TV inside there. Really cool, actually.
