So install the patch first and try again after that.

Did you also changed the name of the folder in which you saved the changed texts to the same as the folder you changed the metastrings too? So e.g. if you changed all the metastrings to /en/ the folder containing your changed text files should be called en too.

If you place the tiller on the place of the ladder truck, the battalion chief should call the tiller when you call for a light force.

It isn't the latest version, it's the first version. Just check out the read me: it says v0.1. But since people where pushing, it's better then nothing. I contacted Bennie and asked him to upload the latest version ASAP.

That depends on the model you are using in the game. If you will only use the upgraded model, you only have to reskin the upgraded skin.

You can download the latest drivers for your video card on Nvidia's website. An installation instruction is included at the page where you can download your drivers.

It looks like the game is still using microsoft drivers in stead of your Nvidia drivers. A lot of things seem to be unloaded. This is usually caused by codecs. Are you sure you deleted all codecs mentioned in the Technical Help FAQ? You can also try to dongrade to video drivers from 2008.
