Update: all victims have been removed from the crash site. The uninjured and minor injured have been reunited with their families at a location near the cras site. In other cases the family was transported to the hospital. It is still unclear which people lost their lives. At least three of them are crew members. identification is still taking place, tomorrow they hope to announce the names of the people who didn't make it. The plane will be removed tomorrow when the research on the site is completed. The black boxes have been found and will be processed tomorrow. The Queen and the Prime Minister have expressed their sympathies and the PM visited the families and victims. Also family members living in Turkey have been brought to the Netherlands on a special flight.

Hold your horses there sport, nobody is saying your dumb. Just when you said 'I can not tho do that' a few posts back I thought you meant you couldn't find the list. Well I just tried it myself in the editor and when I click the doors it works for me, so I really do not have a clue why it won't work for you. Have you tried it with another mod, see if maybe it's just a bug of the mod? If you are using one of Hoppah's models I think you need to unlock them first before you can make any changes. When you press edit doors you need to select the door you want to edit. There is a selection menu to the right of the vehicle model. There are two list panes: the top one can be used to insert a new door, the bottom one contains all doors that are already added to the model. You need to select a door in that list pane. If all wheels go up or down you still have the wheels selected. Really the only way to change that is to select the door you want to move. greetz,

Correct. In every mission you can only play with the trucks of the country you're in during the mission.

Can you use the search function? Clear your browsers cache and download the mod again. Also make sure your browser accepts cookies (some download sites require that function). greetz,

If you're talking about the editor you need to select the rigth child you are editing. I believe there is a list of childs somewhere in the bottom of the screen where you can do that. greetz,

*Sigh*: There's no need to install patches for the UK version, in fact theres no need to install patches for any other versions then the German and French version of EM4. That's why only those patches are in the download centre. greetz,

That's supposed to be like that: you cannot call additional vehicles. You can only use the vehicles the dispatcher can call for you. greetz,

You need to use the dispatcher to send out the cars. Troops will be supplied automaticly if you send a car to a call. There is one dispacther for fire, one for EMS and one for the police/tech dept. There are pictures on the buttons of what type of vehicle you are sending. greetz,

Your video card is an ATI RADEON X600 PRO, if you go to ATi's website (mentioned in the technical help FAQ) you can find the updates for your videodrivers and an installation manual there. About the codec issue: there are some programs that can tell you which codecs are causing the problems (again see the technical help FAQ), you can choose to update these codecs and see if the problem goes away or (if that doesn't help) the only option is to uninstall the codecs causing the problems (or if you do not wish to uninstall them have a crash now and then). greetz,

You can place the standard buildings togehter orlet them overlap, creating a "new" building. Just so that it looks different then other buildings. You can also use the parts like concrete fences etc to create new buildings. Before the second fire station was added to the LA MOD I made a semi fire station in the editor that way. greetz,

Haha, I had it with a traffic check. I was standing there and this cop tapping my window, but I couldn't open it and I didn't want to open the door because it would hit him in the face (he was standing right next to it). I opened the passenger door and explained it. Luckely he understood and he wasn't mad. He thought it was rather funny. greetz,

You can use the EM4 Editor or Z-modeler or sketchup. If you want to use Z-modeler or sketchup you do have to do some additional things to change your design into an ingame building. With Z-modeler you need to add a skin to your building (uv-mapping), you can find a tutorial about it in the tutorial section. I'm not a sketchup expert, but I'm sure others can help you with that if you want to use it. greetz,

I think it has to do with your screen settings. You can check in your configuration file (see the technical help FAQ if you want to know where to find it) and check if your screen mode is still set at the standard values. greetz,

If you can't understand German you might want to buy 911 FR and EM3 instead, since Emergency 4 Gold is in German But If you want to have it desperatly I don't mind translating the terms you need to buy it. greetz,
