  2. He probably already has, but the mod needs to be approved as a download by an admin. They will test if it's virus free and if it works. Then it will be allowed in to the database and you will be able to download it.
  3. If you want to reduce the road itself you would have to adapt the map underground using paint or photoshop. If you want to reduce the width of the paths on the roads (those blue lines) you need to select the path you want to change. Little square boxes will appear on the lines you can use those to make the paths smaller. greetz,

  5. Not in that manner, else the stop sign won't work as a stopsign all the time: when the traffic lights of that set turn green, the traffic won't stop for the stop sign anymore. Creating a new script would be easier. You would have to adapt the alarm script.

It's in the name of the traffic light, when you open the editor you will notice all trafic lights have names like these: traffic_1_2_3 The first number (1) tells the game which set of lights it is. All sets with 1 will work at the same time. The second number (2) specifies the order in which the lights turn from green to orange to red. The light with a 1 there changes first, the ligt with a 2 changes after that etc. The last number (3) is the number of seconds each of the lights burns. So here green will burn 3 sec., then orange three sec and red 3 sec. With each traffic light a virtual object named the same is used to stop the traffic before the light.
  7. Can you please upload the mod to the download database? Go to downloads (top right hand corner), select the category (EM4 complete mods), fill in the form and add the mod file, then press add submission. An admin will have to approve the mod. But I don't think that will be a problem. greetz,

  9. We actually call those OGS vehicles, it stands for Ongevallen gevaarlijke stoffen (accidents with dangerous substances). And off course we also have foam vehicles called schuimbluswagens and powder extinghuish vehicles called poederbluswagens. The Dutch fire service does not have any ambulances, some departments do have a first responder which is utilized with heart attacks near the fire station.
  10. The youtube function has been replaced by an overal video function You can use this button to insert a video. It will create these tags: [ video ] [ /video ] (only without space between the brackets). You can insert the video link between those brackets. Existing youtube movies will still be shown untill the post will be edited.
  11. I believe those changes are autosaved, but if you have any doubts you can always choose the 'save map' option.
  12. I don't think there are any, the game requires a bucket to rescue persons and extinguish fires.
  13. That wouldn't matter, because he uses Hoppahs models for his skins he would still have to get Hoppahs permission.

  16. I'm at the firestation right now. If I have time to look into it next week I will. Easist solution would seem to be try to reskin the original skin again and UV-map it to make it fit. greetz,
  17. Either the skin is on backwards or you reskind the parts wrong.
  18. Read before posting: there are no 4 tone sirens in the Netherlands. Their not allowed. By the way: starting the first of march all sirens are going to be replaced with a louder two tone model. So the three tone will deisappear as well in the future. Shall we get back to topic: if powercall sirens are or aren't allowed in LA Thnx,

  20. In short: Open the entervehicle.script file in the LA MOD folder, look for the vehicle names and write them down on a peace of paper. Start the editor --> load the LA MOD Freeplay map --> press F1 to acces the edit scene screen Select vehicles and choose the vehicle you want to place --> place the vehicle --> select the edit propreties button (bottom left) to add commands etc. On the bottom right of the propreties screen enter one of the names found in the edit vehcle script. Save your map and exit the editor. For further questions please open a topic in the [EN]MODDING section of this forum.
  21. Patience is a virtue. You can also try to create it yourself using Z-modeler. Box shaped vehicles are rather easy to do. You can try to follow the tutorial. greetz,
  22. There is a download link in the first post. In order to be able to download the mod you must be logged in at that site. Since non of you probably have an account with that site I asked HUNmodder to submit his mod to our download centre. Once it's there you can download it without any problems. No need to send HUNmodder any further e-mails, pm's etc about the subject. He's aware of the problem. greetz,
