The video: they get a new ambualnce but they don't know all the stuff on it. When they back up after the accident the park assist starts to beep becuase they approach the bike. The paramedic thinks it's the hart monitor and defibrilates the guy, while he is still alive. Then the slogan says: oh oh, better call your insurance company in Apeldoorn (a city in the Netherlands where their headquaters is based). In the game you have to drive with the ambulance to the hospital within a certain amount of time.

Did you download the patch for EM3? Did you unzipp/unrarred the patch?

1) It happens, it sucks, notyhing to do about it. You can try to draw a selection square of the map and that way selecting the unit that is stuck. Usually they will respond to a 'go back to base command' and the other units can enter the map again. 2) Sometimes the orders are impossible: by placing vehicles you can block off an acces road and if you order your evhicles to drive to somewhere and they can only travel via that road it takes a long time before they figure outan alternatiove route orh they won't go because they can't execute the order. So try to keep all roads accesible.

Isn't the entrance a bit steep?

How to Install patch 3 (click) After you've installed patch 3 you will have the modinstaller. If you double click the unzipped mod file (ending on .3mod) then the modinstaller will auto-install the mod for you. Couldn't be easier.

1) Simply put the disc inside your cd-rom drive, open the drive using windows explorer, search for the setup.exe menu and double click it. 2) You only need to install patches if you have the UK version of the game. You can tell if you have the UK version or the US version by going to start --> programs --> [game manufacturer] --> Emergency 3. If you see the EM3 editor and the EM3 modinstaller there you do not need to install patches. 3) Same as for EM4, only you need to double click the .e3mod file after you've unzipped the mod package. By the way: did you check out the FAQ section? I thought I wrote instructions on installing mods and patches there pretty clear. If not please let me know what I can improve about the instructions.

Watch the language please! You need to select the dispatchers that are behind their desks close to the fire station. They can send fire trucks, ambulances, police and tech to the scene. Each button sends a different vehicle or a different group of vehicles. That's just a matter of trying.

You can't acces the files and find a setup.exe that you can activate manually yourself?

How do you mean you want cars to follow each other? Do you want them to chase each other or do you just want to add traffic to a road on the map?

You can use a police vehicle to drive the route from north to south. The looters will throw stuff at the police. That way you can easily recognize them.

1: there are two siren buttons: one that only activates and deactivates the sirens and one button that sounds the siren. 2: you need to script that siren so that it is only used for that single vehicle (use the prototype file to identify the vehicle).

Maybe you should let the moderators worry about who's being rude to who and why. Use the REPORT button if you want to report a rule violation like disrespect, language abuse etc. DO NOT start to play mod on your own by replying to topics and tell everybody your two cents. @ Brendon: There is absolutely no use in replying to a post that is a month old and ask if someone isn't being a bit rude. That was already dealth with a month ago. There is no use in starting the whole argument all over again. @Xplorer: there was no need to react in the way that you did. A simple "he made more suggestions and Hoppah doesn't wan't that, but it is already handled" would have sufficed. @FDNY: I know it feels like you have to defend yourselve again and again every time somebody makes a remark about your suggestions, but please either count till ten and watch the language or contact me by PM if you feel offended. I will take care of it for you. So long story short: since this was only a semi-suggestions topic I wanted to keep it open so that everybody could discuss the idea and see if they could make it theirselfs with scripts from other mods. It would have been a nice private mod/submod. Clearly that was too much to ask. So once again TOPIC CLOSED. Some posts removed or adapted.
