    Download and install the LA MOD, it will translate all deluxe files into English. You can even copy the language files from the LA MOD to the original languages files (BACK-UP FIRST!!!) and replace them so the wholegame will be in English.

    Start Emergency 4 without trying to install any mods, look in the bottom left of the main menu: what version do you have? Do you have a downloaded game or a hard copy? Did you pay for the download?

    go to the Emergency 4 file folder. Check if there is a folder called 'Mods' there, if not create that folder manually (file --> new --> folder --> name it Mods) and try to install the mod again. Wanna bet it will work this time

    : The Vision engine requires support for the ARB_multitexture extension! Please make sure you have the latest video drivers installed for your 3D card. So I think you should follow that advice

    oh sorry thought you were talking about the editor. You also got the editor manual etc. Some people get that confused. But never mind. Can you start the setup.exe file? The hard copy version of the game has a 'repair option', i'm not sure if the digital download has it to, but you can try and see if it's there. If it's there, of course choose the repair option and try again.

    upload your dxdiag file and i'll tell you (start --> run --> type dxdiag --> press enter --> save and upload result)

    Please stop the whining, it isn't going to get you anywhere except annyoing me. You need to create a DXDIAG file yourself. Go to start --> run --> type dxdiag and press enter. The computer will run a self test and present the results to you. Save the results and upload them like you did with the logfile. Based on your logfile I think you either need to update your graphic drivers or thta you have a codec issue. I'll need your dxdiag file to know for sure.

    Your graphic drivers need to be updated. You can try disabling shadows etc. so that your drivers might be able to handle the game better.

    Can you upload your logfile and DXDIAG file here please. We can't help you without it. You can try downloading the config file from our database.

    first two posts merged, please use the edit button next time. No you don't, if you already have the modinstaller the one thing you shouldn't do is install patch 1.3. That corrupts the game completely. Did you try just double clicking the file ending on .e4mod when trying to install the LA MOD?

    First check out the Emergency 3 Game FAQ, it contains a special topic about EM3 and windows vista. You need to make sure some things are set right or else the game will not work.

    If it's not in the file I uploaded then I'm afraid I don't have the boat anymore. Maybe Stan or Darren NYPD still has the files. I believe Stan saved all the files from the uploadsection.

    Yes, it is possible to delete your savegames. But I'd try being patient before doing that, it can take some time to load the mission. You can delete your save games in the Emergency 3/Data/Save folder. Simply click on the mission files you want to delete and press delete.

    .vmo files are normally used for voice memo's so maybe they contain some of the spoken text in the game/mod?

    Did you create the new mod by doing this: start the editor --> go to the modificatiuons menu --> choose create new mod --> enter a new for the mod (e.g. testmod). Now go to the modifications menu again and load the new mod file (testmod), it is the last file in the row of files. When you close the editor there should be a folder called 'testmod' in your mods folder. It works for me. I'm not sure what you mean with this, can you explain it more on a step by step basis or in Dutch maybe?
