You could take a look at one of the other call scripts the police officers have (e.g. call ambulance) and see if you can edit that for the battallion chief.

It's a script error. Did you add the patrol command to some vehicles that aren't supposed to have it?

Those aren't the EM4 patches you are talking about. Those are the patches for the LA MOD 1.9. If you installed V2.0 you already have these patches included and thus you do not need to install them. Many traffic problems are caused by patrolling units blocking normal traffic. Try to keep an eye on your patrolling units to prevent this from disrupting the traffic flow.

Could you upload a DXDIAG as well please (start --> run --> type DXDIAG --> OK --> save result), logfile looks pretty standard.

Fire services in the Netherlands have three 'codes' Prio 1: responding with lights and sirens Prio 2: responding without lights and sirens, but we can use some of the exceptions in the law (parking on the side walk etc.) Prio 3: responding without lights and sirens and without use of exceptions (so you're basicly a civilian) Ambulance services also have 3 codes: A1: responding with lights and sirens to an emergency A2: responding without lights and sirens to less urgent emergencies B: responding without lights and sirens to transport rides I'm not familiar with the 'codes' system the police use in the Netherlands. It's more complicated especially since they have some codes where the get to respond to burglary etc. without lights and sirens so they won't scare of the robbers.

The securom Matroschka loader is the copy protection system used by EM4. Only the company you bought EM 4 from can get you the code to make it work again (that is of course if you bought it somewhere and you can show a proof of purchase). Open your config file with notepad and search for 'dooclusion'. When you find it make sure it is set to 0 (zero) and save the config file. Also make sure you turn off all the shadows in the games option menu.

You only need to apply patch 1.3 for EM3 if you have the UK version. You can check if you haver the UK version by installing the game and then go to start --> programs --> [Publisher] --> Emergency 3. If you have a program there called EM3 Modinstaller you do not need to install the patch.

You could try to edit the materials of the objects you think burn to easily in the editor. If you set all plants and trees to concrete in stead of wood they will burn a lot slower. Moved to EN Modding & Mod help.
