We can't remotely fix it, we are not your 24/7 remote computer help desk. Two things are wrong: 1: your graphic card drivers are way out of date. So you'll have to update them (see the technical help FAQ for sites with the latest drivers). 2: your screen mode can't be set. You need to enter our download database (top right hand corner) and download the EM 3 configuration file. Save it onto your desktop. After that cut and paste the configuration file on your desktop into the main EM3 folder (probably C:\program files\wizard works\Emergency 3). The PC will ask you to overwrite the files, click yes.
