If you can't get the modinstaller to work it won't have much use to send the mod over in .zip format. What is the error you are getting? Do you have a folder called mods in your EM3 main folder? If not manually create that folder (file --> new --> folder) and try again.

As said, if a mod is available for download, a link will be displayed in the first post. Since there's no link here, the mod isn't downloadable. Modders find it very annoying when people start asking about the availability of their mod. That's why the 'no asking for release dates' rule was introduced. No need to call someone stupid because he hasn't read the rules. If you feel a rule is being violated press the report button and we'll decide if someone is stupid or not. The event can be solved by letting the SAR dog search the area where the person was last seen. When the dog has found the body, let a paramedic treat the body. If the patient is still alive treat him and take him to hospital. If the person is dead, wait for the medic to stop reviving him with the paddles. Now let a FBI invesitgator check the body (check victim). You will get a discription of the murderer and he (or they) will appear on the map not far from the missing body. Let the police arrest them and take them to the station. The body must be transported to HQ by the coroner.

The ringer solution is a saline solution used in case of blood loss or dehydration. The HEAS solution is something to stop blood clothing.

I believe the alternate sirens from the previous versions are included in the additional untis submod. So if it's just the sirens you might as wel download the AUS and install the other sirens.

For the vehicles you can send a diver, the persons that are stuck under the bridge near the hospital can't be saved. Only the visible ones (next to the bridge) can be saved.

The ambulances are not in the RTS mod. They're in the Wuppertal mod, which isn't released yet. Wuppertal modifikationen is a mod group that creates vaious mods. One of them is the RTS mod, another one is the Wuppertal mod. The HLF is in the RTS mod, but you cannot control it. Because in that mod you can only control ambulances. If you need they fire department they appear automaticly.

In Vista it usually helps to disable UAC. But I don't know if win7 has UAC aswell. But if it does you can try disabling it.

Well if wuppertal modifikation is in the name I guess the probably are involved in one way or another. Maybe you can provide a link so we can check thre mods.

Paint is set on editing bitmap files .bmp, if you save the file as jpeg it changes the colours slightly.
