You are not able to use 3dwarehouse stuff for a mod... at least last time I checked.... and pretty sure hes not just looking for a model but also one that works. I do not have one working but I know someone does. Don't think he was willing to let it be used though.

I am looking for someone who lives in D.C. or either lives nearby or are traveling there some time soon. Working on a mod project and need pictures of certain things in D.C. including certain fire stations/buildings/emergency units. PM me if you can do some of that for me!!! Need it asap!

Just fyi....... you just totally backed him up.... he wasn't saying that they are the worst fire fighters in the county, he said they are the worst fire dept... which is true... they wouldn't have so many issues with both the city and the fire department with staffing etc, if they didn't have budget cuts and it did not help that Detroit went broke. The only reason that Detroit fire does so well is because the fire fighters ARE the best in the country.... so the only reason the job gets done every day is because of the firefighters... so in a way you are both right. (and yes for all of you wondering about the ems, they do have way to few rigs in service at a time... they have times where they only have 8 in service... I don't know if it is much better now after they applied for bankruptcy(DETROIT), but if you decide to stay the night there finding a hotel near the hospital is a good idea, cause some people do wait hours before they get medical attention, at least thats how it was, they are constantly going to a call as soon as they drop their patients off).

Black does not always mean hearse.... everyone has there own opinion... my opinion is that i like american fire apparatus and ems vehicles more than i do europes if you gonna complain keep it to yourself.

OK so, I am getting with a few other modders starting today to work on a "double mod" which will be explained in our new forum. I am asking for a mod on this website to PLEASE close this forum. I will be looking for those other people from Michigan, my people.... to come over to our other forum to check out what is going on. I agree with Fred, the vehicles you listed I don't think are the ones that LAX uses.... I wanna say they have 4-5 crash trucks along with a little bit less "other" vehicles such as the small "brush" type trucks. this video might help a little, it does look like they have 4 crash trucks and an engine at least. Plus Just want to let you know Jrff that they do have a coast guard base that is found near the runways if you wanted to add a few helipads into it for coast guard, that would be neat

Sheriff are already up on the first page, working on lights atm for those vehicles, ems not sure on exactly what I am going for, if you are wanting a sort of scheme I will look into it, but since its fictional its not gonna be like any dept. What pictures are you referring to, cause they do work lol

Nope Still in progress, Red River Rapids Hmmmmmm can you figure that out about that light, if its able to be used I and you should ask for permission to use it... pretty nice job though, same with our skins is that it seems a little to light and we still have to fix it later when we get time. It is a real city in southern Michigan.

Welcome to the forums, I see you are fairly new, just saw you had 2 different forum threads you started on same mod, be careful at doing that as their are a few rules to follow. Cant wait to see progress!

My friend is having trouble with a file locking on zmodelor.. he was working on a rescue model and now it locked so he cant do anything with it. I don't know much about zmodelor so here is a picture.

We do have a mapper in progress working on this map hopefully we will be showing more progress on the mod soon... working on ems side of things at this time.

The major problem for many people isnt the actual downloading of the game, it crashes for most of the people that get it downloaded... mine crashed within a matter of seconds... but yeah.... I really want the link to 3.0 if someone still has it?

as far as I know Emergency 5 isn't out yet????

I am not going to be a nazi but since you are fairly new I will say one thing that will keep you from double posting... using the edit button that is found on each of your posts, so tyou can add the new stuff there rather than making a double post.... also to miniboy349, since you are also new... wip does stand for work in progress which means there is nothing to download . just because someone puts mods up on the forums does not mean they are available for download yet it just shows their progress.... anyways this looks pretty cool. Good luck... if you manage to get a scripter can he help with my mods lol

but we are all saying we ran v. 3.0 just fine, and he said that nothing really changed so what could be the cause.... maybe a stray file that only works for newer computers? or could it be something to do with operating systems, windows, etc. Difference between windows 7 and 8? there are so many possibilities

i looked at your post on the first page on goog and i just wanna say... I know what is larger than the british columbia ambulance service..... It is called AMR(American Medical Response). it is present in 40 states in the US, Plus DC!. A total of about 2100 communities accross the us are represented by the AMR ambulance service. I know that is random but just wanted to say I might get to work for this department starting in the upcoming fall... sorry for the off track... but i really look forward to this mod

Like NVFD said, all vehicles coming out are still being worked on. I hope to do the stop thing, it just depends on when my modelor comes back from his military assignment. then hopefully we will be showing off a ton of NEW vehicles... thats RIGHT... NEW VEHICLES. but yet, nvfd is correct that every vehicle is still a potential WIP.

Hey Smeal. Since this is a smaller town, the heavy rescue will be a smallish team, it will roll with whatever you want it to roll between 2-6. However, to make it realistic for michigan, it will be automatically staffed for 4 once dispatched and those people will respond to the station in (hopefully) POV's. ANYWAYS HERES THE UPDATE NVFD PROMISED We still have to get a model for the Rotatory light.
