Means it's a different (additional) NEW map for the deluxe version. With new in-game events and challanges. It's the same as Em4, just it's a bigger map with different free play events.

Right so i cant get the boat to come off the transport truck. Ive aded all model files, all prototypes, etc.. the transport truck i move to the special unloading bays, click unload but the circle underneth goes yellow for a couple of seconds, then goes back to green. The boat does not come off! Not sure why its not.. anything i missed?

Yer the missions are very over scripted, too much try's to go on... they tried to make it as real as possible (in most cases it's worked) but it causes alot of bugs and alot of mission restarts!

No you do not need LA Mod to play the game how ever it changes the German units to American ones, and adds more realism. LA Mod you download from this site in the download section. It depends if you like this sort of game, if you do buy it, if you don't well don't. Emergency 4 is in German, and 911 First Responders is in English, hope this cleared it up.

I tell you, GOOD LUCK! Making a map is the most time consuming and annoying thing you can ever do! Good luck with it and it looks great so far. EDIT: My advice is, don't do it

If you rotate the object (not in any of the menus) by right clicking and moving the moust the sign should appear, then just re-align the object. If you don't understand post back or PM me.

I have tried but no luck, just loads a black screen then crash's but I'm sure when its release and every driver etc... works with windows 7 properly it all should be ok. EDIT: The editor works fine though

I also had this problem but just downloaded it again a few moments ago and it worked. Try and download again.
