Had a fun Horribles Parade, directing traffic at the corner of Emerson Avenue and Centennial Avenue due to lack of manpower of the GPD due to the Motor vehicle vs pedestrian (pediatric patient) accident on the boulevard. Does anyone know who the kid is that got hit?
