I have already tried reinstalling the game and that didn't seem to work... How do I give you my Dxdiag profile?

So I recently bought 911 First Responders as a download from amazon. I downloaded and the game boots fine, but my problem is that I can't see the buildings, roads, vehicles or anything beyond the minimap and the vehicle icon list. Basically, the actual action portion of the game is not showing up at all. I've tried booting under different compatibility modes, but to no avail. If anyone knows how I can fix this problem so I can play this game that would be amazing. Thanks
