This freeplay map is very large probably the same dimensions as the la mod but weve fit almost everything in and still have alot of space to put more buildings

Due to "lack of room," NYC Police Officers, Port Authority Police Officers and FDNY Firefighters are not "invited" to the 10th anniversary of 9/11 at Ground Zero. Funny - they weren't invited on that day in 2001, either - they just "showed up" and became our heroes. WTF! -
Hey my name is on there! Listen did you ever think the reason I pmed you was because I didnt want to post the question on the forum and It was something I was trying to keep on the inside. You flipped out on me without even apologizing or allowing me to apologize. I found that really inaproapriate. Anyways now I have another thread up thank to you. Hopefully I can find out and get the script resolved. If someone asked me for help hoping for me to help them I would not go an All caps rage I would simply redirect them..

Hey all, Ive been trying to create a script for the battalion chief. Basically it gives you the options to transmit radio transmissions with manhattan. such as "Battalion 1 to Manhattan transmit a 3rd alarm" etc Ill have a box alarm, 2nd alarm, 3rd alarm and 4th alarm. These scripts wont do anything except play a wav file just for realism. If I can in the future I will asign a group of units with each alarm like in real life http://www.fdnewyork.com/aa.asp but not all the units. Basically can any of you show me or try to set up the set up of how I would do a script where all I press is a button and it plays a noise? Please thanks. This would be a good base script for the mod because this way I can have a script for manual sirens, PASS alarms and The Fire house tones.

all in game: I fixed everything. The dimensions etc. All thats left for this beauty is the real lights I have yet to make them. Engine 7 and Battalion 1 first due at a street fire near the firehouse. Does it still look low poly I need to know? This is the final official version of Engine 7.

Hmm id beg to differ. Engine 7 is our highest poly truck. Over 20 hours spent working on iit and I thik it lookd better than anything i have ever seen in game. Maybe its just the quality of fraps shots but I an assure youwhen you see this on your computer screen you will think twice

Hey all. My intense amount of work on Engine 7 in the past week is finally showing results. Yes I know I need to fix somethings such as the lightbars but this shows how we are going. Sneak peak at the map, the new unit textures, new engine 10, and a freeplay event where A cargo truck ran into a restaurant injuring 3 people. One day.. just noticed it said my name! New and final Engine 10, Engine 7, Ladder 10, and Res1cue apparatus

Weve 90% finished the final new engine 7 which is a sexy a** seagrave marauder ii. Has to be one of the more detailed trucks. Ive been worrking on the wtc mod aswell. Ive gottn alot of the inteior dne. Next will be tower ladder 1 finalized and tiller ladder 6. Hey guys were getting there !

i just tested the official Aplha and it is really impressive. Im surprised at how far me and dyson and the team have come the map looks incredible and so do the vehicles and personnel!

Haha oh that psycho in front of 10 house! Happened to me once! Thanks for the feedback all means alot ill be leaving for the week and weekend while dyson works on the map. This week/weekend has been good in the progress we finished engine 10 (final) 10 truck (final) and the tiller ladder 6 (still needs work) buts its functional.

No smack here man. It is a submod because starting from scratch is extremely difficult. Using the LA mod scripts saves time and all the work. The difference between the submod and NYC mod atm is we have a new completely custom new map that has almost 80% of the buildings will be custom. New real life stations And landmarks such as Duane st Manor, 10 house, res1cue station, china town, central and times square etc. We have a Tower Ladder as well and very detailed and realistic trucks. We will also have a tiller ladder which is not included in the NYC mod. There are many differences those were only a few

This is a standalone mod. Me and dyson are working on the new york submod which is dependent on the LA mod and has a tower ladder too

Tower ladder is looking good guys. Cant wait to get our ny submods working! And im pretty sure theyve got beta testers trust me its not all fun and games.

I just saw the new units and they are the best ive ever seen! Anyways i finished mapping the new 10 truck today so thats a check of the list yall are in for a treat!
