Mod Team, if some of you don't know i'll be making reskinning roughly all the Peds for Ocean City....However I need photos as I don't go to Ocean City often and I search google but I don't know what is accurate and what photos arent....Thanks in advance guys. I don't wanna reskin just to find out it's not the right one lol

Is this program the best for creating vehicles? And is it really as time consuming and detailed as it seems? And is there any English tutorials that you all know of?

I was able to open the .dds file for the peds in paint.net but they appear pretty blurred. I really just want to Reskin most. Any help? Would I have to create entirely new peds from scratch?

Might I ask why you say not to do it? I mean granted yes I don't have much experience but isn't that the point of having a team to assist in making a Mod? yes skinning is pretty much all I know...I have been watching videos and trying to learn how to create 3d objects. I am descent also at creating events. Here was my hopes: 1) Map of Charles County 2) obviously all Charles county units Fire/EMS/Police skins and vehicles made from scratch or at least edited to match almost perfectly. 3) Outside units are all 2nd/3rd/4th Due units. 4) Try and add some unique and different things we havent really seen by brainstorming with fellow members on the site. Instead of giving me resistance and setting me up to fail, why don't we all band together to make this the best mod yet? lol...I don't see why I/We shouldn't go for it! it's worth a try.

Will take a lot of time. The general idea here is to have my own LA Mod but for my town. And I want to incorporate 1st Dues 2nd dues so on. My computer internet is not working ATM and I hate typing on my phone. I'll give more details once it's working.

I want to get guys together to create this mod for E5 instead of E4. I'll post more with pictures of units and actual satellite map and things later on, this is just the beginning!!! Hope y'all are ready and this can be the first full American mod for E5!!!!

hey guys...I really wanna try this out, but I get taken to my facebook home page when I click on your link....then on top of that, MEGA is not downloading the boston mod if thats another place to download it at....Can one of you send me the ACTUAL working link or somewhere I can go download it thats a simple process? I'm surprised there is no download file under downloads on this website, that would make it really easy....anyway MOD looks great and I wanna try it out ASAP. Thanks in advance

Ok so here is my ideas: 1) Swat has a button to automatically clear a house and secure the suspect. 2) Hazmat shows up you click and drag your box to however big an area you want cordoned off and they do it once you release. (Something to that effect) 3) police computer with everyone in game has a name and you can track people for warrants and other things of that nature. 4) if you pull a car over sometimes they will run and you can push a button for police pursuit and another squad car will attempt to set up a roadblock or spike strips something like that. That's most of my ideas right now more to come, please dear god nobody steal my ideas, if I could copyright them I would lol

My team needs to consist of: Coder Map creator Modeler ----------------- I will do skinning of all units ----------------- This will consist of all Waldorf units, state troopers, all new recent us vehicles of my choosing, a map detailing Waldorf, and other surprises is like to include but don't want my ideas stolen. Ok...So I have cleard my cache and everything and anything else that I can, still getting the same error...I extract the mod file to the desktop, then open the mod installer hit install package and click the mod file from the desktop and it still says the mod file is corrupt...I use windows 7, I run everything as administrator...cleared the cache, can anyone who has windows 7 or vista give me a very detailed step by step of how they did it? and maybe tell me if they had to change or edit something for it to work? I am sorry to keep posting about this but I am a huge fan and have been looking forward to this mod forever! lol...thanks

but thats the problem...I have redownloaded it multiple times, and have sat here while it downloads...and it still says it's corrupt...when yours was done downloading did it show it have adobe set as the program it opens with? because I think that is where this error is coming from...AND, I DO use firefox because I hate all other internet programs lol...

Ok, I have never had a dang problem with EM4 and adding mods, EVER!!! Right now, using the same computer, trying to install the New York Mod..step by step, my process 1. Download mod file from this site (emergency-planet.com) 2. Click open with. Winrar.exe...it downloads the file, but as a freakin adobe file or something...I extract it to my desktop and open the mod installer and try to install the mod file from the desktop but it says it's corrupt, I close the corrupt box...it keeps the mod installer open, with the little box saying operation in progress...but it never finishes...and I have tried everything I can think of so I am resorting to asking anyone here for some kind of help! or if they have had the same problem before and found a way to fix it!!! THANK YOu lol?
