Mod Team, if some of you don't know i'll be making reskinning roughly all the Peds for Ocean City....However I need photos as I don't go to Ocean City often and I search google but I don't know what is accurate and what photos arent....Thanks in advance guys. I don't wanna reskin just to find out it's not the right one lol

Is this program the best for creating vehicles? And is it really as time consuming and detailed as it seems? And is there any English tutorials that you all know of?

I was able to open the .dds file for the peds in paint.net but they appear pretty blurred. I really just want to Reskin most. Any help? Would I have to create entirely new peds from scratch?

Might I ask why you say not to do it? I mean granted yes I don't have much experience but isn't that the point of having a team to assist in making a Mod? yes skinning is pretty much all I know...I have been watching videos and trying to learn how to create 3d objects. I am descent also at creating events. Here was my hopes: 1) Map of Charles County 2) obviously all Charles county units Fire/EMS/Police skins and vehicles made from scratch or at least edited to match almost perfectly. 3) Outside units are all 2nd/3rd/4th Due units. 4) Try and add some unique and different things we havent really seen by brainstorming with fellow members on the site. Instead of giving me resistance and setting me up to fail, why don't we all band together to make this the best mod yet? lol...I don't see why I/We shouldn't go for it! it's worth a try.

Will take a lot of time. The general idea here is to have my own LA Mod but for my town. And I want to incorporate 1st Dues 2nd dues so on. My computer internet is not working ATM and I hate typing on my phone. I'll give more details once it's working.

I want to get guys together to create this mod for E5 instead of E4. I'll post more with pictures of units and actual satellite map and things later on, this is just the beginning!!! Hope y'all are ready and this can be the first full American mod for E5!!!!

hey guys...I really wanna try this out, but I get taken to my facebook home page when I click on your link....then on top of that, MEGA is not downloading the boston mod if thats another place to download it at....Can one of you send me the ACTUAL working link or somewhere I can go download it thats a simple process? I'm surprised there is no download file under downloads on this website, that would make it really easy....anyway MOD looks great and I wanna try it out ASAP. Thanks in advance
