    By saying I have managed do you mean without using Zmodeler? As far as I know .e4p stands for emergency 4 prototype and I don't know what is being used for. I guess it has to do with parts of the model but I'm not sure...

    A car is a 3d model with textures on it. For the model you should use Zmodeler to get it in V3O format so it could be put ingame. For the textures you can use MS paint, Photoshop or other image editing software. A map needs a texture that can be done using an image editing software and the Em4 editor to place the buildings and the events.

    That one is really good and if you really want to see London's units ingame faster and better made you should help the other guys(they have a part of it already done). I wish I could help you but at least for now I can't. And an advise: Read some tutorials regarding modding before before you start a mod. They will help you.

    First of all why don't you help the other guys finish the London mod? They have made some things and they are not rookies. You will need Zmodeler to make the models, an image editing software to make the skins, EM4 editor to make the lights and hard work...
