no the missions do not appear? the patch fixed the dissapearing original missions 1-20 but i still cant see the LA MOD missions 21-30?

I Cant figure out how to access the LA MOD missions. I may just be stupid or didnt read the manual... What am I doing wrong? By the way the LA Mod is awesome I have never had so much fun on a computer game.
