You should close Staten Island Mod and Sacramento Mod and continue working on Roseville Mod! Trust me, you will never get anywhere with 3 mods. I am currently working with 2 mods, and its really difficult. But your case is totally different, there's only you working on them, and I haven't seem any progress yet.

1. Open the editor. 2. Press F1. 3 Then select the vehicle you wish and click on edit. 4. Then go on traits, and check the equipment boxes there. I hope this helps...

We're are still working on the models, as Rafael said. We will only use models created by ourselves. That means, that might slow things down. But at the end, I can assure you, that the mod will be more successful. Hopefully, I will post more updates by the end of this week. Luis

Not exactly, they can do whatever thing that is necessary. There is no such thing as ilegal. I've seen emergency vehicles using the pavement a couple of times already, because the road was blocked, and they couldn't get through. Plus, I always see emergency vehicles driving on the wrong side of the road. By the way, that driver is crazy dude!

Nope, unfortunately that won't do it. You need to change your lang files. Go to your languages folder, then open "infotexts.xml" with notepad or something. And I'm pretty sure you can manage to do the rest. Save it, then it's all done.

Select the vehicle, then click on edit. Then you should be able to see some check boxes, try changing some of them, until you're happy with it. Nice model by the way!
