Why didn't anybody think of making a chinese mod yet?

That's the only thing I don't like about them, they don't even care about human rights. But anyways, it would be nice to have a Chinese Mod around here, especially one based in Hong Kong. One of my favourite cities in the world. -

Can tell me what Gendarmerie actually is, I've always been curious about it. I've been to France a couple of times, and I always see these blue police vehicles, which makes me wonder the difference between them and the National Police.

Not that I'm aware of. Actually, there isn't one. You can find C++ tutorials all over the web, you will learn a lot from them. It's really similar to pawno. Edit: I found this, it looks from what I've seen: helpful http://www.cplusplus.com/doc/tutorial/

Yeah, I agree.. Cassio, I just noticed something. There isn't any traffic lights in the map. Are you gonna add 'em on later or you're gonna leave it as it?
