is script is a text file with codes, for emergency 4 we use the scripting language ''C++''. if you don't have experience i would try to make one, just watch some script learn from it, start slowly by editing and then try to make one...

did you edit the .cfg file in the installation directory, you screen size is not supported, search for similiar text as this <var name="r_xres" value="1280" /> <var name="r_yres" value="1024" /> edit this in 800 X 600

News update I made a new setup similiar to the setup of the los angeles mod himself, thanks to the preview script released by hoppah as a preview as the script was for los angeles mod v1.8 submod (link) Thanks to this you don't need to check the installation directory know longer, also all versions can be put together. I working on it to make it ready for release, i want to add previous versions (with also have permission) to be in there to, notice that those aren't patched and still contain bugs. As soon as it ready i will release it, content isn't changed so permission is not required, permission only goes about the submod it self. The installer is sadly enough base layout and no image from myself. if hoppah could help me before everything is ready i will provide some new pics on the sidebar. Besides the installer i'm working a bit on the Realism mod but i got my self into a lot a trouble, the self made scripts are very much harder then editing even when you ''theft'' parts. So i got sadly enough so good news but i think the realism mod have to wait a long time for release simple cause i don't have enough skills or help, and there are is no one who responded to my help request topic. I hope this was enough news, i dont have anymore neither, till next news just wait for the new setup...

i don't be rude or something but this submod isn't able to called ready, you edited the map so this need to be posted also and you just send some script. if you want i would like to make it ready and publish it when there is permission of hoppah to release it as a submod, i will add you to the credits... besides that i see that you have some experience, i would like ask you if you want to crew member of i mark's productions as scripter. to know your ''skills'' i would like the see the base script cause you said you just edited them and they are made by Dion. so want to see where you able too first...

im not sure but i believe you need to send a helicopter, extract the unit behind the gate and turn some panel on/off to open the gate. not quite sure.

i believe you need to be in the editor, there you select one car you want on fire (two at once editing wont work). then select ''properties'' on the editor taskbar. it need to be somewhere in there. succes with it

Dear forum readers, I got a new plan for a submod for the Los Angeles Mod. I want to make a event happend under special conditions. Sadly i can't tell enough information for now because it might be hard to make. That is also why i need help with this submod. If you are able to help my, most part is scripting (high skill required) please leave a message here or send me a PM. Only people with much experience will be accepted, if you can't make a script work just don't contact. The plan will be released to accepted helpers, and later if i think this project can be finished. Dear hoppah, For the Realism mod i''m busy to make a lot a Back-Up commands. I want to make to audio samples to contain other texts. I know to audio's are spoken¹ by some persons. Could you place tell me who did make those audio's so i can contact them. Besides i founded what maded my bugs in the US Army Submod. Those bugs were caused by editing this code: const char HINT_PATROLCARBOUGHT[] = "Patrol car bought for $1000 and dispatched!"; I tried to find those Hints in the texts files by couldn't find it. well, only a part of the setup is in russian, after selecting the language it's just english. i could i already use the program by the trail, it just for a few days i believe one month but atleast i can try it now...

steps to do are here .Rar/.Zip File 1. download winrar if you dont have it already 2. open the package 3. go to windows explorer and get to the path ''program files/emergency 4/mods/los angeles mod v2.0 4. overwrite all data by copy-ing all data in this path, make sure that you don't put the folder los angeles mod v2.0 in the los angeles mod v2.0, you have to overwrite the folder then. 5. have fun!!! .Exe File 1. mostly they still packed in a .rar or .zip file, so download winrar if you dont have it already. 2. open the .rar or .zip file and copy the .exe file to any location you want, notice some submod require that the package is moved into the los angeles mod v2.0 folder 3. run the .exe file (by left-mouse double click) and follow the instructions, this is required you read everything carefully otherwise it might won't work. 4. have fun. if you still have problems, please contact me.

well just did that this morning, they promised reaction (automatic message) within one work-day but got still no reaction. i will see what happends tomorrow... for now, thanks for both of you for your reactions

My first advice, if your still have warranty, send a rapport to the service center... then you can first try to fix it yourself and later still request for reparation even when it is expired

I got the CD from 3D Studio Max 9. There is only one problem. The CD or DVD is bought in Russia 2009 when is was there for a student exchange program. Everything on the cover is in russian and i dont understand a f*ck off it. [EDITED BY MODERATOR] Additional: if the CD is entered and the autorun started, i can select install, keygen & ''some rare russian letter:P" - i hit keygen, cause i need one i need to enter a request code. but i don't know where it is. cause it is russian
