how do you put a picture in the box with the guy who has a blue shirt and brown hair

To change the picture that you see when you post stuff it is called 'avatar' and the one that is on this page, that most people see, it is 'photo'. to change these click 'edit profile' at the top right hand corner of this page, then there are options at the left of this page click either 'change photo' or 'change avatar'.
