Hey guys I was wondering if you could help me out, and if anyone else has the same problem. In Harbor city 3.3 and 4.0 games run slower then normal. I mean the whole game. Is there a way to speed it up a little beside the game speeds in the game? Thank you

I uploaded Rockport, the game works but all the emergency vehicles are flashing white squares instead of there lights. I tried to replace the light-bars but it didn't help. Does anyone know how to fix this. Thank you very much

yes I did thank you very much, now Im just having problems to get harbor to load. Its in the Mod folder but when you load game and go to mod upload it has a wrench as a pic and wont load up. I got rockport to load but for some reason all the emergency lights in the game flash white boxes and I cant figure out how to fix it. I tried to replace the light bars with no success. any suggestions?

Thank you very much guys. I got an extractor and got rock port working but all the emergency lights are blinking white squares, weird. I'm trying to change the light mod and see if that helps. But as far as harbor city goes I still cant get that up. I did manage to get all contents in the mod file but when I start em 4 and go to mods, it has a wrench for a picture and wont load up??? I've been working on these games for three days now and damn there starting to get to me lol. But the US Army mod is awesome until you get to the end and just have to do the same missions over and over again lol... but they did a great job with it. But if you guys have any suggestions for me, I would greatly appreciate it. Its nice to know that the brotherhood from all over the country has your back even on games lol.

Can anyone please tell me how to install the .rar mods. It keeps saying not a valid modification. Please help, thank you

Hi, I really need some help. I've been trying to install either of the harbor city mods and cant get the mod to install. I was able to get the file under the mod folder in em4 but the mod installer still wont install. can someone please give me and others a walk through from time of download on the steps to take to get it installed. I've tried all I know with no luck, thank you very much

I was able to get them to show up under mods but both still showing .rar file which I don't know how to change and the mod installer to bring it up. I have been trying since 11pm last night and haven't stopped. If someone could please walk me through it I would greatly appreciate it...

Thanks Mikey I was able to change the resolution but now when I load it, it goes to the black screen and looks like its going to start but it just stays on the black screen and dont come on.. Any Ideas. Thanks alot for your help.

hey I first got the crases at start up. Then I changed the em4.cfg file, now it goes to a black screen like its loading and stays there. Here are my logs now... when I try to do this is says cannot create file. Make sure that the path and file name are correct. I changed the configuation files and now when I try to load it the screen just goes black. Here are my files now. Thank you for your help. DxDiag.txt logfile.txt

Hi, Im having a huge problem. I tried to adjust the resolution on the game and he screen got huge, so I had to exit out using esc. Now when I try to load the game it goes to a black screen for a second and then goes back to windows. I updated my drivers and still no luck. Can someone please help? Im having the same problem. I changed the resolution settings on the game and the screen got huge so I had to exit out and now when I try to click on the shortcut it wont load up. Can someone please help.
