Well I have an Windows XP Intel Celeron 2.53 GHz with 2Gb of RAM and an 512Mb video card so I dont see why my PC should be an issue.

Hey I have V. 1.8.1 and I notice that my police cars take a couple of minutes to respond to my "patrol" commands and when I dispatch fire vehicles they have a tendency to stop halfway to the fire for a couple of minutes also then continue. Is there any way to fix this?

Are there any other modelling programs, other than Zmodel, that I can use to make vehicles? And where are the best sites to learn C++. I want to make some Mods, but i dont know where to start. Thanks
