By edited spawn points, do you mean on the map? I would just suggest physically adding more people and vehicles to the starting map.

Yeah, it's survivable, would probably recommend uploading it to the forums download section, I usually get pretty decent download speeds from here.

I reccommend you get skype, you don't need a microphone or anything, there are currently about six of us hosting daily games on a range of mods, mostly LA. If you can now host, that's even better.

To be honest, Stan is hardly ever on the site, once a month at most. It will probably be more convenient and better to upload it to http://www.rapidshare.com/ or somewhere along those lines!
