Does anyone know if there is a way to change the speed of the vehicles? I feel that some of the emergency vehicles travel too slow. If so, how do you change it?

Has anyone been encountering problems with mods crashing back to desktop? I have tried the polish mod, NY mod, and a few others, but they all crash back to the desktop after about 10 minutes of playing them. The game without the mods never crashes.

Those are French and German patches, not English

I was trying to install the Los Angeles Mod 2.5. It told me in order for it to be installed, patch 1.3 would have to be installed. I can't seem to find it anywhere. Could you please help me? Thanks in advance, Stephen.
