    Hi, The DDS converter is only to export skins to .DDS you can import DDS Files with Paint.net or Photoshop (for photoshop is a plugin needed, you can find the plugin near the download section) Then you can edit the skins, and to have them back in .DDS you can export it with DDS converter. Greetz!

    Thanks! Im planning to make also a UK police car a Mitsubishi Lancer Evo 7 so english mods can reskin it. I just started with it and i will post a screen within a view minuts ----------------------EDIT--------------- Here is the screen, the base of the model is done. There will be also made a lightbar on and a spoiler + integraded front blitzers. Model 65%
